This is one of nicest hotels we have ever experienced .It is a small boutique hotel ,only about 15 rooms. The rooms are all spacious ,nicely decorated with all facilities you can think about. The dining room is beautifully decorated, and breakfast is excellent. The personal is efficient and helpful.

We only stayed for one night but really enjoyed the hotel, it's lovely. The rooms are very large and nicely decorated and the hotel overall is very stylish and modern. Breakfast was also nice. The location is fine, although it's best to get a bus into the centre as it's a 10-15 minute walk. Easily done though as the bus stops directly outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The elevator has been installed now, for anyone worried by previous reviews mentioning the lack of elevator! Definitely the best place to stay in Gyumri.

We spent a single night which was part of our tour. The hotel is very well kept and decorated. The rooms are very spacious and bathroom clean and well done. The location is in the new town so nothing much to see. Has nice place for dinner.

The breakfast was not good with nothing much neither local or continental.

This is a tiny brand-new hotel: ten rooms and four suites are arranged on two floors. We were allocated a suite - one room but absolutely huge with plenty of cupboards (too many in our case, we came for one night), a seating area and nice-sized bathroom. The rooms are well designed, comfortable, and the finish and accessories are as good as any I've seen in far more expenisive establishments in Europe.
As yet there is no elevator but the a team of hotel staff and helpers were ready to assist in taking luggage upstairs.
There's a restaurant attached - we ate breakfast there which was fine: various breads and baked items, hard-boiled eggs, vegetables, fruit and cheeses.
Altogether a very impressive hotel!

I visited my Aunt in Gyumri for the first time and stayed at this hotel. For Gyumri it has to be the best one there in such a small town. The staff and hotel itself was not to fault. We really enjoyed our stay there. This is the hotel that Kim Kardashian stayed at when she visited her family! I will with no hesitation stay here again.

A small place run by a Lebanese-Armenian family, the hotel is very fresh and new, modern, and 100% clean. Quiet. It all works (including the glass elevator) and has good WiFi everywhere. The bath has a large stall shower with a hand-held and a rain shower -- nice. Good hot water. High-end fixtures in the bath. Tons of storage. The staff's English is variable, but you will be understood. The breakfast is just OK: continental, with some scrambled eggs and industrial sausage. It is arguably the best hotel in Gyumri.

Lovely hotel. Only criticism the breakfast does not live up to the high expectation based on the very nice hotelrooms and super bathrooms.
Service good be better in the restaurants, but in the hotel people are very friendly indeed.

Although I spent just one day there with my group of Portuguese tourist, I like it so much and would like to stay more night there in future when I go back to my favorite town, Gyumri. Excellent design, clean and comfortable bedrooms, TV set and etc. I liked it so much. The stuff were so friendly and the breakfast was perfect.

Stayed here for one night with a friend in September 2019. My friend liked it, however I liked it too.

The hotel was easy to find. There was ample parking - there is a cafe and a restaurant as part of the same building. Check in was swift and the receptionist spoke sufficient English to be both efficient and friendly.

The hotel is relatively new. We were given a twin room on the first floor and used the glass lift to get there. The room was large and spacious and had two extra long single beds. The room had a very large wardrobe with safe and iron. Flat screen tv with about 30 channels. There was also a desk and chair and lamp. The beds were comfy although the pillows were a little soft for me, however for my friend they were a dream.

The bathroom was large with a big modern walk-in waterfall shower. Sadly there was no bidet. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was also a shaving mirror.

Breakfast was in the restaurant next door. We were able to order from a menu of approx 20+ items. I liked the orange juice, however my friend liked the coffee more. The service was efficient from Gayane.

WiFi signal was really good and very fast. Possibly because we think we were the only guests there. There’s a supermarket just over the road if you need anything.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, however my friend enjoyed it more.

The hotel was a nice surprise. We had come over the border from Georgia to a very poor town and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. Everything was new, clean and tastefully done - almost embarrassing when the rest of the town was so poor. Breakfast offered scrambled eggs- what a welcome change😊
