TERRIBLE hotel in Azerbaijan......... I do not suggest to stay this hotel, bed is stone, breakfast is poor, don't waste your valuable time to this hotel. We have stayed just 1 day, we paid 165 Manat for 1 day for 2 persons, very expensive hotel.
Disgusting hotel. Mattresses are like a stone, it is impossible to sleep on them. Payment is accepted only in cash. Checks are not issued for payment. To my question at the reception, why the POS terminal does not work, why do not you issue receipts, they are simply silent.
If come back to this place, for sure i will stay in this hotel again. The hotel has satisfied me with its everything and also stuff admired me.To tell the truht i didint except such kind of quality but right now i am sure,it is worth to stay there
1. Hotel and restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful 2. The website photo shows a bright and vibrant hotel, but it is dated and dull, just need to be modernised. 3. Only One restaurant in the hotel; Cinar. The other is only open for breakfast; which was good. At the end of the day, there is only the lobby cafe/bar to relax at, the main bar is under renovation.
I have been staying in Ramada Plaza at least 2 nights a month since 2015. Never once I got surprised to have internet bandwidth over 1 Mbit/s. It has got even worst recently as to send an e-mail takes hours, not to mention the vpn connection, or browsing (its simply impossible). Furthermore, If hotel occupation is over 30-50% there is never enough hot water, very rough mattress, bed side telephones in most of the rooms doesn't work, TV has got only 30 channels and most are scrambled and nothing interesting.
Staff could have been more helpful. The beds need improvement. The breakfast was good except you have to ask for tea instead of being provided with one. Note that this hotel is a bit away from the centre.
Looks not bad but Servis was disaster. Indoor and outdoor pools were not clear. Some guests visited to fitness area with unfit clothes, and stuff didn’t care about them. Table tennis location was same indoor pool area, thanks to that we couldn’t play it comfortable.
The staff are really friendly and kind they allowed us to have a late check out and even served us politely. The facilities in the hotel is very neat and great with huge swimming pool. Definitely recommend 👌🏻
Hotel is probably biggest in the city, but probably better to stay in boutique hotels. Yes it is a hotel which is part of a chain, but it should not be considered as five star hotel, its more like 3 or 4 max. Badly maintained, couple of times had to change room. Either no hot water, or tv is not working, or window doesn't open. Decorated in the style of 80s. If you would like to experience local culture and authenticity then better to stay somewhere else.
