I stayed at the lovely Wiesenhof with my partner for a weekend earlier this month. I cannot praise it highly enough. The staff are super friendly and most of them speak excellent English (I am Portuguese and do not speak German, so that was definitely helpful). The decoration is adorable, the room was cosy and extremely clean, with a gorgeous... More

This hotel is located in front of the public swimming pool in Mieders, so just consider that when the weather is fine the parking is full because of the pool visitors. The parking is anyway not so comfortable in any case since it is steepy. There is no elevator, so you have to bring your luggage to the room through... More

I personally couldn't speak highly enough of the Wiesenhof Hotel , me & my mate stayed here from the 24/12/2015-30/12/2015, right from the moment we walked into the lobby we were greeted by Jennifer who spoke very fluent English ( which was very helpful for us because neither of us spoke German ) she was very welcoming , explained everything... We stayed in several hotels in the area and this one provided fair value. We booked half board which gave an evening meal in the price. The dinner and breakfast were both fine but the dinner was certainly not good value, so would avoid taking that option (better value probably available in the town). Only wifi in the lobby which... We only stayed one night en route to Italy, but could happily have stayed longer. The hotel location is good with uninterrupted views of the mountains at the back and views over the village to the front thanks to it's location on the hill at the back of the village. The room was big enough for the 3 of us,... More

Charming hotel in a spectacular setting. Very accommodating staff. Wifi in lobby only but with such views from your private deck why use your electronic devices? Spacious rooms and on site restaurant. A beautiful year round place to stay.

Got off to a good start, as Jennifer was very polite and spoke great English, not that this should be a pre-requisite for visitors to Austria. It's at this point things went downhill. We were told that the bar was closed and there would be no restaurant facilities till breakfast. Hotel reception shutters came down after we'd checked in and... More

We had a recent break in Stubai valley. we stayed in this hotel. I was trepidacious, having read the reviews on here AFTER booking! However, it was much better than anticipated. We arrived and were greeted by a very pleasant young lady who spoke impeccable English - Jennifer, I think! In fact, despite the criticisms elsewhere, there were NO problems... More

Booked a weekend stay in this hotel for skiing trip with group of friends. I must admit I only read reviews at the booking website where this hotel achieved "fabulous" rating and that, in the Tirol region, where the hotel culture is among the best in the world made me think that we are going to get some above average...
