We had booked and paid for the beach villas. However, as it was a hot time of year, we could not use them and asked for an airconditioned room which was cheaper. Company policy is that you do not get credit for a downgrade. Fair enough. Diving charges are a little bit higher than "the competition" but not that much... More

Very nice accommodation. The place is beautiful, unfortunately the aircon doesn't work properly and the staff is very unfriendly. My friend couldn't stay longer then 9:30 pm or they would call the police if she did. I mean, is this the way you treat your customers?

Dear Islagirl, Thank you very much for your review. We are happy that you basically liked our accommodation very much, but only could not accept our Hotel Policy, which is visible both on our website, on all online booking platforms and even in the information folder one can find in each of our rooms. All our rooms are good for... More

This place is truly peaceful and quiet. It is a place to relax after a day of activities. The food is just fine although it is disappointing that they don't serve Filipino dishes which is understandable; its owners are not Filipinos. Another disappointment...they don't issue official receipt which is a bad business practice...it should never be official receipt on demand...it... More

Camiguin Eco Lodge is an amazing place. I have only one complaint. I have stayed in hundreds of places worldwide. The internet is almost nonexistent. It is so slow; maple syrup dripping from a tree is faster. It is not really the owners fault but I need a few minutes of internet to keep in touch with the outside world.... More

We spent 5 nights in this beautyful and friendly place and just loved it! The staff was friendly and the owners a pleasure to talk to. The bungalows are very nice and I was very pleased to see that the aircon is cleverly placed so that you don`t feel the airstream when lying in bed. The mattresses were just right... More

Warning future guests: you are only potential money for this hotel owner. Everything is overpriced, motorbikes, food, rooms and especially tours. Charging 2500 pesos per person for a half Day hike is ridiculous in any country not just Philippines. insane! The worse thing About this place is the attitude from owner. I wanted to like this place so much. I'm not an angry reviewer but this was genuinely a terrible hotel experience. It was so bad that after our first night there, we left and booked a hotel despite not being able to get a refund. We literally preferred to spend money on two hotels at the same time over staying... Very nice place ot relax and dive. Staff is very nice, excellent dive guides, beautiful house reef. Rooms offer all you need and are very clean. The restaurant offers a good range of meals and drinks. There is no need to leave this place apart from diving and sightseeing. I felt very welcome.

Thank you for taking the time to review us on TripAdvisor. We enjoyed having you stay with us and hope you will return to Camiguin one day.
