I stayed at Rosvenil from October 23-26 on official business. The hotel is centrally located and accessible to eating places. I got a room that was spacious and had a big bed which was good. The shower worked but it was difficult to adjust as the water flowed together with the faucet which wasted alot of water. The double lock... More

My wife and I only stayed here for one night, and we're both pleasantly surprised. The staff were really friendly an helpful, the hotel is situated just off of the center of Tacloban but is really quiet, if you want to get to the center of town for food or to the bars it approx a 10 min walk or... Well it was a good decision though that my friends & I didn't bother to continue our stay in this hotel as what I'd read from the reviews, and it really proved that "some" of their staff were indeed unaccommodating & not engaging with their guests. Especially to the front desk lady who we spoke with that made us look... More

It was 3 AM that day and we have an early flight back to Manila at 6:00 AM. Since we can no longer avail their free breakfast, we requested for at least a cup of coffee to fill our empty stomach. The staff assigned at the reception desk refused to accommodate our request because the "kitchen is still close." He... More

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The wi-fi inside the room is terrible so I just did my work at the lobby of the hotel. The toilet is smelly and not well-maintained. The lady at the front desk is not so pleasant and does not even smile at the customers. One thing that I just... More

Stayed here for one night, just passing through the area. The accommodation was reasonable enough, given the location. Comfortable bed and pretty good aircon, although it was a little loud. Breakfast was in the small restaurant across the courtyard. Various light options, all fresh and tasted great. No time to order anything hot.

A mixture of modern and vintage Philippine architecture, this hotel's ambiance is homey. It's situated in a very good location just walking distance to Sto. Nino parish, to Real St., and to public transportation leading you to various city destinations. Hotel has Socsargen restaurant (seafoods) within the vicinity but cheaper meal options and street barbeques are overwhelming around the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised when I saw our room in Rosvenil. It was nice sized, the beds were comfortable and the airconditioner was cold. Downside for Rosvenil was the noisy 4th floor it being an events place. Another downside is the small restaurant which doesn't seem to open during lunch time. Reception staff needs a little more training to act... More

The rooms are spacious and overall comfortable at a relatively fair price. I liked my experience during my stay. And I may be nitpicking here but they could do a better job of cleaning the rooms, I'm not sure if they even wipe the mirrors and the glass shower divider. There were also webs at corners. If they don't pay... More

I stayed in this hotel with my hubby! Breakfast was good at the mini resto. The elevator was working great. The rooms have balcony. It was homey and warm. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
