It was okay. Very pretty. I live their comfort room hahaha cause its all glass. But not that spacious. The view from the balcony is cool. There is an elevator. Nothing negative to say. Question: WHY IS IT THAT HOTELS ARENT SOUND PROOF? Just curious hahaha. Hearing noises from outside.

The room was generally ok, but the hotel unfortunately has a pest (rat) problem. I hope the owner looks into it. I could hear rats squealing and running around on the ceiling at night. The room itself is clean though. Can't complain. Room doors have poor sound insulation. I could hear what goes on in the hallways (conversations and trolleys... More

We stayed here on our first day in Tacloban, renovation and all are still on going. The staffs were not snobbish but not that friendly either, they are just average. The room is okay, small but clean with flatscreen and cable channels. I just don't like their blankets it's so thin and so basic. The hotel is on a strategic... More

The price is very affordable. The telephone is not working during our stay so we had to literally go down to the reception area if we need anything. A very big hassle. One more thing I didn't like was that they don't have standard in cleaning the room.. Sometimes, they tuck the blankets to the bed then sometimes, they just... More

With my frequent business trip, I find time connecting with the local people around the places I've been through. It's nice that I have the chance to visit the humble place of Tacloban with experiencing how warm their people is looking forward and moving on after the devastation. I stayed in Luxury Suite Hotel for an overnight stay. This is... More

LOCATION: Centrally located, from city center you can ride a tricycle towards the hotel (P8). There are many restaurants, banks, eateries, and stores nearby. SERVICE/STAFF: Good and helpful staff. They give good advise for our travel plans on Samar-Leyte area. They also lend us a charger for our Ipad. CLEANLINESS: There are renovations in the place. But the room itself... More

After waking up early to catch an early flight to Tacloban, went right away to Luxury suites coz this is where I usually sleep after working in Tacloban. When I arrived I was told they no longer have early check-in. So I managed to stay at a coffee shop nearby, they say 2pm is the check-in time as per management.... More

STILL under constuction March 2015, but a few aspecta make Luxury Suite worth considering. Downtown location, so handy to excellent eating places (Sunzibar fr example), Bo's Coffee, transport (VanVan terminal 50 metres away) and all shopping, Staff obliging and helpful, And SO cheap at P1000 for premium rooms - but book ahead to be sure of a room! Very pleasant... More

Most often when I go Tacloban, I prefer to stay in Luxury Suite. It is located in downtown where foods are near from fast-food (Mcdo, Jollibee and Chowking) to silog and for night lover, nightlife bars are just walking distance and within the street. The rooms are great for the price that you pay but for those with knee problems,... More

After 48 hours on planes and vans I just wanted to rest. The screeching staff in the hallways really didn't want me to, even after I asked them to please be quiet. No water from the taps in the room and when I asked for a coffee I was told it was 5 minutes till the end of breakfast and... More
