After getting used to great turkish hospitality, it came to an abrupt end here on 23 November 2020. Its overpriced The room Smelt The wifi did not work at all. significant problem for some. Like travellers!! Hello!! i was to be on a webinar to the USA with Approx 100 People and wifi non existent. The front desk gave me hios wifi service from phone but then he disconnected me when the event started and i then wasnt able to re-connect They promised to come to my room twice to look at the dodgy Air conditioner but never did. Breakfast was a dissapointment.

Well, what can I say... I am still looking for Manuel and Basil Fawlty! Recently booked a TUI Dalyan Pre-departure tour which included a stay at this hotel. Only nobody was keen to tell you the name of the hotel while booking and it was easy to see why! On Arrival after a long day (6am pickup) and trip to Kaunos and Iztuzu Beach the day ended at this hotel which was sold as a fantastic chance to relax, have some dinner, use the pool and freshen up before our flight. However, on arrival the receptionist was rude and abrupt and we waited 20 minutes while he continued to hit the printer until eventually calling someone down to fix it as he needed to scan people’s passports. After eventually getting our room key the room was boiling hot as the air-conditioning must have been off for some time and took a good hour to cool down. The room looked circa 1970’s and as we walked to the pool the entire hotel resembled a similar decade! While at the pool you soon realised you were on the main flight path to the airport which made talking outside almost impossible with constant flights. Looking up at the balcony it was also clear that almost every single room had a wasp nest outside, some with two or three and there had been no effort to have these removed. As for dinner, well very little English was spoken and you pretty much had to guess what was on offer as nobody could explain and the only diners seemed to be the hand full of people from the trip. I was left wondering if there were any other guests actually staying at this hotel. Finally the filthy sun faded carpets throughout left me itching to leave and there is no way I would return as a guest.

After spending 13 out of our 14 all inclusive nights in a disgusting place in marmaris (club pineta hotel), and unable to take anymore, we decided to book a night somewhere close to the airport to be convinient for departure, and i feel i made the best choice, what a lovely hotel, lovely pool, food is very reasonable priced and delicious. Lovely well decorated room (109), very friendly reception staff, great breakfast, just great. Close to the airport but quiet at night. Lovely mini aquapark slides too. Me, my partner and most of other adult guests felt like kids again hahahaha well done guys. If we ever comeback this way we will definitely stay again.

Very strict security but a well ran airport. Nice big open spaces and very modern. Smoking area is a plus with open air roof top( shown in pic) but the whole airport is very warm with no air condition. We have told this to jet2 many times but nothing has been done to change this. Extremely hot in peak summer months which is not ideal!

OK, so our flight was cancelled and BA booked us into this hotel which is near to Dalaman Airport. I expect they take on a lot of this type of airline work. Only good for a convenient overnight stay. This hotel is looking tired particularly the bedrooms. Ours was a small room, broken phone, plug socket, very work carpets, curtain rail not fixed. All in all just tired. I would defo not stay here if I wanted to stay longer and explore the area
