We were able to check in although it was only 10-30. Suite was well appointed with jacuzzi bathroom and a second toilet. Televisions in lounge and bedroom. Welcome fruit bowl provided FOC. Room service was excellent as was breakfast and lunch in the restaurant. Very nice free form swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Will be coming back for sure

Great hotel and has the real "resort" feel to it. Customer service is great. Gym machinery is a little old but great that there is a gym. Clean pleasant rooms. Wifi is good. Would recommend staying here to any traveller.

This hotel comes as a surprised as exceeded my expectation in Laos. If you been to Vientiane, this is on par if not better. Resort feel, quite clean and decent rooms. Open and good feel. Best facing Mekong river with a surprise view. Should try if you are in the area.

Spent too long on a minesite, so was sent on an enforced 3 day sabbatical to stop me climbing the walls and snotting the locals. A very wise action in retrospect in order to prevent me from getting into big trouble and being ejected as persona non grata forever from PDR Lao. Too pretty to go to jail....well once was...

Clean, spacious, in a nice location by the Mekong. It's a western standards hotel. Resort: I guess it refers to the swimming pool and the spa it offers.they seem to have a million people working there. We noticed a few signs around the hotel "happy new year" so we asked at the reception if it's some kind of local/traditional new...

Nice hotel with a good view of sun raise and sunset. Facing to mekong river, the hotel offers the beautiful scenery over Thailand. The hotel area is quite large so i have to walk quite far to the restaurant. Food are pretty good and the service is nice.
