We stayed here for 4 days on half board in a family suite. The suite had a room for the kids with bunk beds and a large double for the adults with sofa and balcony. The rooms were large and very comfortable, spotlessly clean. The bathroom was also well appointed.
The staff were all very helpful and we felt welcomed here.
Located in Fusch this hotel.is perfect for the Grossglockner alpine high road and exploring the nearby mountains and Kitzsteinhorn glacier.
The hotels two stand out points are the pool complex and the food. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and a small spring fed swimming lake. The outdoor pool and lake are set in a spotless and beautiful garden which also has a family sauna cabin. The swimming lake has plants and fish in it and is invigorating. The pool has a bubble bed. There are numerous sun loungers and places to relax in the shade or sun. There is also a little cobbled stream with handrails if needed which toddlers or adults can walk in and feels amazing on sore feet.
The buffet breakfast is comprehensive with an egg station where the chef will cook eggs and omlettes to order; bacon, breads, yoghurts, cereals, salafs, meats, juices etc etc. For dinner starters are a soup and salad buffet, choice of main served to table and buffet dessert. The main course were particulary delicious and of a very high standard. We tried meals we would not normally experience and they were awesome, high class restaurant standard. Waiting staff were very friendly and drinks were reasonably priced.
There is a fully equipped gym with a good range of equipment. The weight machines are dated but do cover a much greater range of exercises than most hotel gyms. As a PT I was impressed by this. We will definately stay here again.

Everything was perfect! The facilities, the service, the food, the staff are so accommodating to all the needs! Newly refurbished hotel, the outdoor heated pool with bubble beds is something amazing, especially in the winter time. The steam bath and the sauna were fantastic, some of us also enjoyed the top class gym. The chef took orders for omelette and preferred eggs every morning and we could enjoy show cooking:) We stayed for a week on a skiing trip. I could have easily extended the stay for indefinite:) We will be back! The price was a fraction in comparison to other places.

It was a great stay. Nice rooms, a great swimming pool, rich buffet and delicious meals. I did workouts in the small gym. Even Shwarzeneger looked at me from the wall during my workout😉 The waitresses were really nice and even the host greeted us during our dinner. I love it! And of course it's so close to High Alpine Road. I highly recommend this hotel. I miss you:((((

The hotel was just excellent , exceeded everybody's expectations. The cozy rooms with balconies, very clean, every detail well thought over. The best pillows ever ! The Spa area with outdoor pool - magnificent !The staff very helpful and friendly, special room for skis and boots to dry and the restaurant - we had breakfasts and dinners - we were really spoiled with gourmet dishes. Highest class place !

Hotel was quite a find. Staff was attentive and friendly. Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast in the morning was excellent. Locally sourced and many options. They offered a daily newsletter with today's weather, some suggested activities, activities for the kids to fill out also. Really recommend this hotel to those travelling in the area

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was excellent, very accommodating, and even picked us up from the train station. The food served daily is fresh and delicious and the service is five stars. The employees who work there are all very respectful and helpful. Their amenities are clean and relaxing. With multiple saunas and pools to choose from, we never got bored. We loved our time here in the winter and are looking forward to our return.

We stayed 5 days in a family room and it was second to none! Everything is nice, clean, tidy, extremely friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was always fresh and tasty. The amazing place with helpful and friendly staff. We are the travellers from another country and have some booking issues. We contact the reception they solve our problem in 15 min. You can always ask and people there will provide you with best solution. We spent here exellent time and hope will come back one time.
