Great hospitality, great food, great hosts, great location. I got good advice on visiting, hiking, exploring, using the trams -- even got a packed lunch and to borrow a bike to explore the lake and nearby towns. Looking forward to a return visit.

We were at the hotel around 9 am, immediately thanks to the courtesy of the owners we got 2 rooms and we could go to the slopes. The food was very good, nothing was missing. Very nice and helpful service. Large rooms, comfortable beds. Was very good.

Hallo, we visited this hotel with my family. All the hotel has its own atmosphere. All the rooms are quite new, well equipped and clean. The food was very tasty and we have alway enjoyed it. Personnel was wery nice and always smiling. I appreciated wifi availability. Surrounding nature is full of attractivities. Me and my family can only recommend this hotel for people who like to stay in quiet and nice place!

When we arrived I saw that the safe was blocked. I asked the lady from the reception to solve the problem. She promised me that the next morning the safe will be unblocked. Not even when I was leaving the pension, the problem wasn't solved. The room wasn't very clean, I saw a lot of swirls. The food was ok in the morning, but the dinner was poor. The big problem was the location of our table at the breakfast and the dinner, because our host gave us a table in the middle of the hall, not in the restaurant and in that place was cold and windy. My wife and my daugther got sick. When we asked for other table the lady from reception who also served at the table, said us that is impossible. After a few days when we asked again the same thing, she started to scream that she is the boss and so on. After that incident, the next day she put a table into restaurant and finaly it was ok. Really, I was shocked of this atitude. I don't recomand this pension, because the atitude of the staff can ruin your vacation.

Very bad attitude of staff, very impolite. If you don't speak german, you are not wellcome. They don't know even to use the words as "bitte" or "danke". In fact, the impolite person is the wife of manager. We ask to find a solution to change the table and it was impossible.

The good: - Very friendly staff - we don't speak (much German) and they were friendly - called them one night to say we would be late for dinner (due to a long hike) and they said no problem. When we arrived dinner was served! - Room is spartan but we slept extremely well, also had a nice shared balcony with great views of the mountains -next to a stream - so can hear the water rushing down... very calming - breakfast is amazing! Fresh and tasty! - Make your own lunch box is a great way to ensure you have a tasty bite on the hill, make as much or little as you want they have bag and wax paper to wrap your sandwiches. - Location is great close to the center of town but just enough outside of it for a bit more remote feeling. - Free Stiegl from the tap till 10 pm
What could be improved - hotel could use a bit of a refresh - rooms and such are dated. - would not recommend this hotel if you plan on staying at the hotel all day
All in all would highly recommend.

Nice place! The room was big and clean. We had a bath tube. The food was delicious and more than enough. The hosts were nice especially the man. They've made their best to make us feel at home. There was an good atmosphere.

Kindly, friendly welcome. Free admission to the nearby spa. Clean. Delicious cuisine. Rich buffet breakfast. Good value for money. Well-maintained cross-country skiing trails, right next to the hotel. Nice surroundings.

The building location is 5min walking distance from a small town. Town centre had a square with built snow hill for kids, where beside were sleigh and some snowboard benches to take for playing for free. In the centre grocery shop Billa with good prices and fresh bakery. HUBERTUS building heated properly in the winter, we could wear short sleeves. Breakfast served between 7:30-10:00 as a buffet. Dinner between 6:30-8:00 served by the owners. Usually 3 course meals. On 24th Dec, when they celebrate Christmas Eve, we had Christmas menu with 5 course dinner. Great variety of drink choices served for dinner included in the price. Hotel also fave us swimming pool vouchers to use the pool for free everyday. Sauna is also for free, but you will be asked seperately if you want to use it. Great choices of saunas but be prepared people wear nothing there ;) Hubertus is great hotel with 30 rooms for families, piece and quiet, beside skibus stop, swimming pool and National Park Educational Centrum for kids. Lots of paths for ski walking or just walking. On 27th Dec there was a great event of Devils Parade in town. Wi-fi for free, great strength of the internet. Beautiful views. Strongly recommend.

Thanks again to Beate and Bernd for making our stay with them so enjoyable. Easy going and relaxed place to stay. Investments to bathrooms made from last year which was great. A great week of skiing and relaxing. We hope to see you again next year.
