We booked this hotel because it was described as a boutique hotel, however I would not say it compares to a UK definition of boutique. It is situated on a 6 lane arterial road out of the city with a late night bar open until the early hours. The subsequent noise and lack of airconditioning means it is not worth... More

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, has everything you would expect, and the breakfest is just delight! Even with two big kids /11 and 13years/ we were able to fit into the room and enjoyed our stay. Only negative is the bussy streat, try to get a room with windows to the inside of the house.

This Hotel was rather expensive and just outside the centre of the city. We are happy with the distance as we like to walk (about 2-3kms from the centre), but usually for such a price we would expect better rooms. Bathrooms were fairly old and not in a good state. The lobby of the hotel was very nice and the... More

We stayed as a family with 4 people in a 4 person room. The room was okay, a little bit to small but nice sofare. The very bad thing was the cleaning room. It smelled very bad and it had a lot of mold in it. This is not was i had expectet for such a hotel.

Nice, smart hotel with welcoming staff. Complimentary glass of wine in the evening was a nice touch. Rooms were clean and averagely sized. Breakfast was ok, nothing over the top. If you don't mind walking a bit, then it's well worth using as it was very reasonably priced.

We have just returned from a week stay here. Five of us in a family room. The staff were lovely, chatty, helpful. The room was clean, spacious ( well if we'd not had five beds in it!) We faced onto the road, which can be busy, on the fourth floor, but the double glazing is incredible at filtering out the... More

We have been here for a week and have really enjoyed our time here. Friendly, welcoming staff who are happy to help and are very accommodating. Wine hour between 5pm and 6pm. Easy walk/bus to the centre and 5 mins from Forum metro. Highly recommended

Together with my wife we stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It is a small, cozy hotel with a fantastic organic breakfast. It is not far from the city centre (specially if you rent a bike at the hotel it only takes you 5 min cycling). The rooms are quite small and basic. But very clean. The hotel has a... More

Stayed there for 5 nights during the summer and at a first glance the hotel looked nice. That changed when I went to the room! First of all the hotel needs some renovating/updating overall; the room does not have a keycard lock, it has regular lock instead and you need to leave the key at reception every time you leave... Staying in Frederiksberg

Neighborhood Profile
Frederiksberg
Located between Noerrebro and Vesterbro you’ll find Frederiksberg, which is actually a municipality in itself but completely surrounded by Copenhagen. Here there are several fine theaters, from the experimental to the great Det Ny Teater (The New Theater) which specializes in transcribing the great London and New York musicals into Danish, and has done so for several years with huge success. In Frederiksberg you’ll find Denmark’s most beautiful (and expensive) city villas. These 4-5 square miles form the Beverly Hills of Copenhagen. Here you’ll also find Frederiksberg Have (Garden) which sports huge outdoor concerts, from classical to electronic dance music. To top it off, dining options range from cozy family restaurants to some of the area’s most trendy cafés.
