My husband and I loved this resort in Mykonos. Christina Gritzali, the lovely Concierge, greeted us and constantly made sure we had everything we needed. She made arrangements for all the excursions we were interested in, and they were wonderful. All the resort staff were excellent and went above and beyond in providing assistance for other services we had asked for. I'd like to thank all the staff at Katikies Mykonos, as they became more like family than just staff at the resort ... they greeted us every day and we had conversations that were friendly and warm, they treated us so well. I also noticed how they gave personal attention to all the other guests, always greeting them and spending time to see how they were doing and if they had everything they needed. I'd also like to mention Raul, who mainly worked at the upper pool and restaurant area, he was so polite and friendly every time we saw him. Raul treated us and all the guests with superior service. The resort grounds and facilities were absolutely beautiful, and we had an amazing room with and unbelievable view. Amazing experience! Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, wonderful sea view, delicious breakfast. The best part of the hotel is their staff! Special thanks to the managers Manolis and Konstantinos for being super attentive, always friendly and informative. Thanks also to Matina for the warm welcome tour and Tonia for her expertise.

Amazing Hotel with amazing views. The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. The beach is walking distance away from the hotel. There is an excellent restaurant by the hotel if you prefer not to pay for the restaurant at the hotel. The room was fantastic and we had our own private pool on our patio. Thos was the best hotel we stayed at in Greece. The hotel offers 24 hour drop off and pick up service to Mykonos Town for all the shopping and entertainment you need for an additional fee.

Exceptional service, truly luxury property, best luxury hotel on the Mykonos. The photos on the website don’t give real justification of the hotel and its beauty, it is so much better in real life and service absolutely outstanding. Food in the restaurant amazing. Katikies Mykonos is one of the best travel experiences that my wife and I have ever had. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, clean and so much attention to detail was included in the design. The views from the restaurant, pools and rooms are nothing short of amazing. Beyond the beauty of the resort itself, the staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of, from arranging private drivers to the excellent food service. I would highly recommend Katikies Mykonos and their wonderful staff to anyone traveling to Mykonos.

This place was beautiful!! Staff was very nice and attentive. Room was turned over every time we were out of it. The hotel was kept very clean. The staff was very knowledgeable about activities and bus schedule so we could go to old town via bus. They did have a private car as well for quick and easy access around the island

What can I say an absolutely beautiful resort with staff that are willing to wait on you hand and foot. Coming off the ferry from Santorini you are really tired and all you would love to do is relax and relaxation is absolutely what you will receive. Christina was amazing she took her time to show us the property and she also helped book us a tour of Delos and the Agean sea. She made us feel right at home. Breakfast is always a treat in the morning, probably because you are given quite the assortment of baked goods to go along with a meal of your choice. I was a little sad at first at the beach prospects but then I went upstairs and saw their beautiful man made beach set up at the top of the resort with a bar which In my opinion is always a plus lol. The hotel has transportation with a fee to Mykonos town and other areas around the island. All in all it was a wonderful stay and I would return again. …

Katikies Mykonos is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The main pool was our happy place: spotless and absolutely beautiful. The bedrooms were so luxurious: comfy beds and big bathrooms, and we loved our evenings in our plunge pool with a glass of rose. Breakfast was a feast of completely delicious home-made delights. We adored Raisa, the beautiful concierge / reception staff were so lovely and helpful, and Kostas the manager gave us some wonderful insiders' tips for the island. The staff were a big reason for our huge enjoyment of the hotel. We'd adore to come back some time - a 10/10 stay. Thank you, Team Katikies!

This place is beyond 5 star service! The minute you walk in the staff is soo attentive and helpful. My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon here and it was the most incredible time. Kristina and Rovena are the receptionist and they are amazing at their jobs! The managers that walk around there are truly the best at their job and making you feel the 5 star experience. They give you their WhatsApp number and you can text them at anytime of the day whatever you need. The rooms are incredible and sooo clean. The food is delicious. Best place we have ever stayed, can’t talk highly enough about the staff, I wish I remember all their names because they were all incredible! Would highly recommend this place, you will not leave disappointed!!!
