Nice hotel to stay with a lovely family (staff) who cares for everything. Nice room with a hot tub and the rooms were also very clean and big enough. As a welcome the first day you got watermelon and wine in your room. In Corona time a very good breakfast served at your table with a smile. You could order everything you want. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars.

We stayed for 6 nights (family with 11&12 year old) in August 2019 and it was everything we had hoped for. At the far end of Agios Prokopios, 2-3 mins walk from the beach and very peaceful. Our flight arrived into Naxos very early and we arrived at the hotel at 07:30 after travelling all night. We were greeted warmly, offered breakfast and given one of our two rooms which was was ready, so we were able to check in and have a sleep while the other room was prepared ready for 12noon check in. Traditional family run hotel, immaculately kept rooms and grounds. Very friendly, helpful staff and plentiful varied breakfast each day. Yes the pool is deep, so not ideal for small children, but cleaned every night and perfect for a refreshing swim. Despite being peak season, the pool area was never crowded, sun beds always available and we often had the pool to ourselves. Plentiful tavernas, bars very closeby but we were never disturbed at night and slept very well. Lovely expansive sandy beach at Agios Prokopios but no water sports here. Short walk around the headland to Agia Ana which was beautiful if a little crowded, lovely spot for a meal on the beach at sunset. Approx 30-40 minute walk to Plaka beach where water sports are available. Took a bus into Naxos Town a couple of evenings where its a bit more lively with lovely bars/shops on the hill overlooking the harbour, spoilt for choice for restaurants. We also took 2 buses from the hotel to visit Halki, a small village in the centre of Naxos where we enjoyed a stroll and lunch. Fabulous boat trip Koufonisi island one day. All in all a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to return. Thank you!

We had rebooked this hotel after a wonderful visit last year . We were meant to stay for 10 nights. Both our fathers were very ill and in hospital so we cancelled. George reluctantly kept our deposit and kept apologizing. Other hotel owners were not as caring. I received an email today letting us know that he had rebooked our room and was keeping our deposit for the next time we visit which will definitely be in the near future. I can not believe how honorable this man is and how grateful we feel. Please if you ever have the fortune to visit Naxos please do yourself a favour and stay at this hotel. I can not offer more praise and gratitude. George you are incredible and I wish you and your family good health and prosperity.

Hotel Katherina is a beautiful place to stay !!! The owner and staff work extremely hard, are very friendly and helpful. They are happy to help you with a route to visit to visit the beautiful interior. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms nicely and carefully decorated and every day there is mopping and cleaning. The rooms are in separate buildings, which makes it feel very quiet in terms of location. You can sleep peacefully and look for socializing on the boulevard. For us worth a good 10.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The staff is wonderful, the pool big, deep and great and there is so much peace and quiet that you almost think you're alone on Naxos. The hotel is also just a few steps from the main road at Agios Prokopios which has alot of great restaurants to dine in and close to a beach which might not be the best on the island, but still great. The peace and quiet does however come with the "price" of strict times when you can use the pool (10-19), so it is perhaps not a perfect match for familys with smaller kids. We had one of the more "boring" rooms, with a view to a backyard but there are alot of wonderful rooms which face the pool and which also has a room with a view of the sea. That said the rooms we had were still wonderful and neatly cleaned and arranged each day. The wi-fi, which our kids crave, was also good, although dependant on where at the hotel grounds you are. The hotel offers breakfast, which we didn't try but their offer of drinks and snacks are cheap and wonderfully made - perfect if you just want to hang by the pool. We will return to Naxos and when we do we will absolutely stay at Hotel Katerina again!
