It's been our second stay in Rocabella Mykonos (and not our last one for sure!!). The boutique hotel is beautifully designed (greek design meets boho) with stunning views of Mykonos town and the Aegean Sea (from all rooms and pool/restaurant/bar).
The poolside area & restaurant were renovated last year - the loungers by the pool are super comfy and the prefect place to relax!
Service is personalized and everyone is super friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very clean. Due to covid rooms are sanitized and sealed and room service is upon request. They also provided masks and hand sanitizers at the rooms (by the way: the hotel has taken a very high number of covid precautions - you will feel absolutely safe!)
The food quality is excellent - the variety of the breakfast selection is currently a bit impaired but still good.
We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

We are visiting Rocabella hotel every year and this year was no exception despite convid; the hotel took extra measures and rooms are sterilised before the stay. There are masks and antiseptic provided and floating sunbeds by the pool are disinfected. The service is the best in the island as it is a boutique hotel with a few rooms. We love are room which we select every year, room 119. This room has direct sea view and we really love the decor. The food at the restaurant Reeza is amazing and fresh fish provided every day.
We always try the spa there as the massage is amazing.
We will be back next year! Thank you Alex and Jennie.

We were already excited before we even arrived at Rocabella as the communication with Lina (reservations’ manager) was very pleasant and positive.
When we got there we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff who offered us welcome refreshments.
A major surprise was the upgrade we got to a wonderful room with view of the Aegean Sea!
The room has an amazing Cycladic architecture with a minimal and luxurious interior design which gives you a very relaxing vibe.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of homemade local products and the yummiest pancakes ever which you cannot resist tasting every morning! The staff was constantly alert to make sure we had everything we desired and caring for all our needs.
The pool area offered us a magical experience with a relaxing ambiance while lying on the pool side beds literally on the water. We sat there for hours as the cocktail bar was always ahead of us providing the most delicious cocktails which we couldn’t resist to keep on enjoying at our in-room Jacuzzi with the company of the wonderful surrounding landscape.
Roi, the hotel owner, was always around to make our stay even more pleasant with her big happy smile!

The hotel is just ok for the price (knowing everything in Mykonos is quite pricey). The pool area seems recently renovated and a great area to relax in and spend the day. Staff are helpful and friendly.

However, those were the only real positives. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as breakfast and poolside snacks were disappointing. They could have had more variety or more local dishes on the breakfast menu as it started to feel limited and a little basic after two days.

The room is definitely not worth the price and the outdoor areas and plunge pools are overlooked on both sides so don’t feel very private or relaxing.

Location is not great as there’s not much to see/eat/do in the area so you constantly need taxis to get around (e.g. €20 each way in to town but the hotel are very good at arranging these promptly). However, in the current COVID environment it feels a little more secluded which could be a plus.

Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Dear guest, We would like to thank you for your review on Trip Advisor and the kind comments about our staff and our pool area. We have always appreciated any feedback from our guests as this has helped us to become one of the best and most well known Hotels in Mykonos. Renovated in 2019 Rocabella is a 5* Boutique property and it is our belief that our pricing is more than fair and a very good value for money compering to the competition in the island. Considering our guests feedback, our location, just 200 meters from the beach and 5 minutes driving from Mykonos Town with a magnificent view overlooking a big part of the island, is one of the Hotels strongest advantages. We were disappointed to read that our snack menu failed your expectations. Your feedback is important as it facilitates our work to improve ourselves and provide top notch services. Most of the times our guests communicate with our restaurant manager in the rare case that there is something they did not enjoy during their stay at our facilities.  We would like to thank you again for your review, Best Regards The Rocabella Team

We simply love Rocabella! It was our third visit and for sure not our last.
Every room category has amazing sea views (we stayed in various rooms/room types and can recommend them all!). Every corner is picture-perfect and especially the restaurant/pool area is so beautiful.
For breakfast you can choose from a buffet (cold) or a la carte (hot dishes). The variety and quality is really great and we highly appreciated that a waiter helped us at the buffet which is much more hygienic.
Thank you Rocabella family for another unforgettable stay in Mykonos!

We can’t recommend Rocabella’s highly enough. Possibly the best place we have stayed. The views from the pool over the bay and onto Chora village are breathtaking. The rooms are spotless, super comfortable beds and come with a complimentary bottle of local wine. The staff are absolutely amazing, always willing to help and so friendly. Food in the restaurant is incredible, they serve the freshest of seafood you could wish for. I recommend the seabass or the seafood pasta that has the best prawns I have had the joy of tasting. Overall, this place is awesome and is the only place we will stay in Mykonos.

I stayed at this hotel second time. I also stayed last year and I loved every aspect of it. The breakfast is so dressy and delicious and was served with a smiled every morning. The tables were regurarly disinfected and the waitress cleaned her hands frequently.
The staff was always polite and Apostolos the guest experience manager is a gem. He made our stay amazing with his extra care.
Nikolaos the Front office manager is amazing as he and his team made all the bookings for our 10 days stay!
We will visit next year again for sure! We recommended the hotel to our family and friends and they also came for my birthday and we had an amazing dinner at the in-house restaurant Reeza.
The best experience on the Greek islands!
We also stayed at Rocabella Santorini and had a discount for booking both hotels!
Loved everything! Thank you Apostolos,Nikolaos and team! We will be back!

Unfortunately our stay at this hotel was rather average. The hotel itself is beautiful with a nice pool area, however, there is actually a large power line which runs directly in front of the hotel and this seems to have been photoshopped from the professional pictures of the hotel online. I wish we had have known this beforehand as we would have booked elsewhere. I had a few issues with the service as well; my mum had called the hotel to arrange for a bottle of prosecco to be in our room for our arrival (as we should have been on our honeymoon), however the receptionist was most unhelpful and told my mum that noone was arriving that day (despite the fact that we were arriving that day). The receptionist was also helpful and good at making bookings for us but rather sharp at times when dealing with us, which we did not appreciate. The room itself was lovely and had nice sea views and a plunge pool (although slightly odd that it had a bubbles function but we were told it was out of season for bubbles despite it being the height of the summer). The hotel is close to the town, which was handy. Transfers were also organised by the hotel but they were rather expensive.

Dear Amyee, We would like to thank you for your review on Trip Advisor and the kind comments about our pool, our views and the room in general. We have always appreciated any feedback from our guests as this has helped us to become one of the best and most well known Hotels in Mykonos. Our website, as every Hotels website, features a professional photoshooting, however here on Trip Advisor or in our social media pages you can find a lot of ours or guests photos, not photoshopped, that could have helped you more. Despite the power line, which is common in the biggest part of the country, we consider Rocabella's view one of the biggest advantages of the Hotel. Moreover we want to reassure you that here at Rocabella we take our guests privacy very serious and because of that we never reveal over the phone information concerning arrivals, departures or which guest resides in our property. We are pretty sure that our concierge department informed you extensivelly concerning the various transfer and rental options around the island and if you have had a concern with our pricing you should have informed us. However we always suggest our transfers as they are the cheapest legal way to get around the island from Rocabella. We would like to thank you one more time for your review!! The Rocabella Mykonos Team

We stayed here for a short break before the pandemic hit and locked down the world! What a year.

We had a blissful stay in Mykonos and the team at this hotel went out of their way to ensure that our stay was great and the same attentiveness was shown to other guests too. There was a family one morning who complained their breakfasts took ages to arrive and I have to agree that sometimes these were a little slow as season was just opening up , however I witnessed the hotel staff doing utmost to rectify.

The room service menu was limited in terms of children’s choices however the lovely chef was happy to whip up simple meals for our little humans. There are also plenty of food choices on the island who deliver so it worked out just fine.

The rocabella has had a facelift when we visited and looks lovely. The pool area is delightful with an infinity pool and views over the Aegean.

Our room had a jacuzzi and was very spacious and decorated to a fine standard. The decor depicted a classic but modern mykonian architecture.

The staff were friendly and great with children!

We were provided an additional room when we checked out as we had a later flight so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilities and get ready fir our flight in comfort.

Located just near the city center (perfect location) , the hotel is an architectural masterpiece, representative of the Cycladic aesthetics. Minimal chic design and bohemian atmosphere accord to your comfort and relaxation is combined with the most stunning views of the Aegean Sea and the picturesque Chora.

The room facilities and services where amazing and the staff lovely and really helpful.
Spacious, clean rooms and suites, indulging in absolute relaxation and superior services.

Reeza restaurant is a must visit (one of our favorite hotel corners). They offer pure Greek tastes that honour tradition through a contemporary perspective, combined with the breath-taking views of Chora, the nearby Delos and Rineia.

Overall experience was awesome. We would definitely stay there again!

Are there many restaurants within walking distance to this resort? Many thanks Dani
Answer from Brandii B

No. The walk is straight down hill and there are no side walks. You are literally walking on a street barely big enough for one car to drive on but it’s a two way street. Then when you come back you’re walking up a straight incline. It was very misleading that you are close to anything.
