We experienced Greek hospitality at its best. Our flight was delayed by over an hour but still our room rate included being met at the airport and taken straight to the rooms. The rooms are clean and quite adequate for a short stop over. They are close to the new port for onward ferry journeys and yet only a couple of kms from the busy old port area. It is the hospitality which us so striking. Nothing is too much trouble, even for us as short one night stays. Great example for others to follow.

My friends and I went to Fraskoulas Rooms and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay during our vacation. The hosts, Anna and Dimitrios, were very kind with us and always at our disposal: they came to the airport to take us to the hotel, gave us some advice about the best places in the island and helped us with the food and transport to Mykonos Town. The rooms were fabulous. They had an air conditioning system, a big bathroom, a fridge and different gadgets to make a decent breakfast. The blankets and towels were changed everyday and always smelled fresh. Not to forget the location of the hotel, which is perfect. The wonderful beach of Agios Stefanos is just 200m from the hotel, and, if you prefer the pool, you can go to the one that is just around the corner and has a spectacular view of the sea. The bus stop is not far either, which makes going to the city very easy. I totally recommend Fraskoulas. It is the best place to complete your wonderful experience in Mykonos.

Mrs Anna was very friendly and helpful. She proposed taking from the port. The hotel is close both to the port and Mykonos center. Agios stefanos beach is in walking distance and it is very nice. We visited the island during high period and the room was a bit small for its money with no view. Yet the total experience was nice.

The special treatment starts from the moment you call this family-owned and operated business to make your reservation. Anna will do everything and anything to make your stay as magical as the Isle of Mykonos itself. The family will entertain, educate, treat, recommend, arrange and hug as much as you need or allow. Without ever being imposing, they will take care of your every need! The rooms are well appointed, with new bathrooms, fridges and individual AC units. The beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels always smell fresh! The pool area is magical with a deep pool (3m) that will satisfy everybody as it overlooks the Aegean Sea and allows for a wonderful sunset experience. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu as well as the cocktails and staff of the poolside restaurant are not to be missed! So, in summary what made this Mykonian visit extra special this year? Anna and her family did!

We only had a brief one night stay, but everything was perfect. As pre-arranged with Anna, Dimitris collected us from the airport at 9pm and dropped at the ferry ticket office 12 hours later. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. We would happily stay again. THANK YOU
