Very nice accomodation from where you can enjoy an amazing sunset. The whole structure is very well managed and apartments are very comfortable. The staff is very nice and can provide any kind of info and clarification about beaches, restaurants and any need. Breakfast is good with fresh products. Free parking available. Good restaurants far 5 min by walk. 15 min far from the airport.
The hotel is a family owned property and you can feel that you are home from day 1. All the team was wonderful and kind. They provided us good recommendations, best support and arranged reservations and shuttle transfer. Allways, with a true smile !! The hotel is clean, perfectly located, close to Agios Stefanos beach. There are many nice restaurants nearby and the beach is protected from wind ideally for children. Mykonos city was easily reachable with the public bus line (10-15min) The breakfast was excellent different each morning and home prepared by the team. The Paolas Sunset is definitely on our top best stay in Greece.
A quiet and cosy place, in typical Greek style. In a quiet location where you can relax and only 5 minutes from the centre of Chora. The view from the room was simply amazing The staff is friendly and kind, the owner is fantastic and understands her guests' needs well: for one inconvenience she was able to find the right solution and the last day she left us the room until the evening after dinner (to take a shower and get ready for the flight). I would suggest this hotel Just a note: we were woken up every night at 4 am by some neighbour's cockerel
The Roos WAS excellent and the service fine. The personnel is friendly and effective. The portions are big enough to feed a normal tourist. I like the fried small fish called anchovis. The Lamberg WAS also good.
We’ve just returned from 2 weeks at the Paolas Beach. The hotel is really peaceful and is situated on the hillside overlooking Agios Stefanos. The pool area was always quiet. We booked a room with a sea or pool view, but the room we were given was underneath the pool and only had a sea view if you walked to the top of the steps near our balcony. We were given a big room, (room 14), which had a double bed AND 2 single beds pushed together so we had plenty of room. There was a tv and safe in the room, and the room was cleaned and had fresh towels every day, which I’ve not experienced before in Greece. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, such pleasant people, from the owner, to the reception staff, to the cleaners. There is no pool bar or snack bar but there is a fridge in reception that sells drinks and if you want some food then reception can order a takeaway to be delivered to the hotel. The views over Agios Stefanos are beautiful but that also means you have to be able to walk up lots of steps from Agios Stefanos and the also a steep winding road after the steps. It’s tiring!! We made a couple of friends at the hotel. Melania and Castratis, the owners dog and cat. They’re so lovely. They used to wait outside our window in a morning, sleep on our sunloungers with us all day, and follow us about during the day. We really bonded with these two gorgeous pair, they’ll really pull at your heartstrings. My girlfriend cried so much they day we left as she loved Melania and they were together all holiday. The Paolas Beach is a lovely hotel, with lovely staff, and lovely animals. We hope to be back next year to visit.…
We have just returned from a few days at Paolo’s Beach... what a truly delightful hotel... so clean and tranquil, perfect for rest and recuperation.... the views are to die for! Natasha and Mama are lovely hosts, very cheerful and responsive. The hotel is on a very steep hill which does take your breath away but it’s easy enough to get a taxi, particularly to go to Mykonos town which is a must in the evenings. Breakfast is available which we had on one morning but apart from drinks there are no snacks etc available unless you leave the hotel, so it’s worth coming prepared... especially if you plan to spend the day by the pool.
A great place to stay the views are great the owners very friendly , the rooms cleaned daily . The bus to the main town is a great service , the hill to the apartment is steep , but I’m a 16.5 stone 52 male and it was ok for me . Would I go again a big yes
Paolas beach is a lovely little hotel, family run, stunning location and located just a 10mins bus ride from Mykonos town. The hotel is exactly as you see it in the photos and lived up to my expectations. The owner is a lovely lady who can't do enough to help you. The hotel rooms are clean, spacious, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are clean too also good air con system. The area is peaceful and beautiful, if you are looking to stay somewhere Greek and not commercial then this is the hotel for you. There are 5 local restaurants all within a 10min walk, the beach is 7 min walk away and the bus stop is next to the beach. On arrival the owner told us everything we needed to know about transport, beaches, where to eat etc. The hotel has beautiful views due to it being on a hill but this being said the hotel is on a STEEP hill! The walk up from the beach or bus stop is 10/12mins (not 7 as on the way down), so don't wear heels! The walk up gets easier after day 2, and it didn't bother us too much but please be prepared it isn't for the faint hearted. I also would say if you are older then you might struggle with the walk up and down. Some small suggestions for improvement would be, put a bin in the bedrooms as well as the bathrooms and put glasses in the room (we had to ask for glasses). I couldn't recommend staying here enough if you want a true Greek experience! Great value for money & definitely worth it! Thank you.…
I had a great experience in here. The hosts were absolutley lovely and helped us a lot, the pools are perfect and the view is everything. The rooms are very nice and clean. If you are planning to rent a car (must! Otherwise it will be very hard to see the beaches in mykonos, which are not close to the city center at all) it is the perfect place for you, there is no need to book an hotel near city center, it really doesn't matter. It takes 5 minutes to drive from the city center to the hotel.
Natassa the host was absolutely lovely, my room was nice, clean, renovated, good view, comfortable bed. The only downside to this hotel is if you don't like walking because it's on a steep hill. I loved my stay here, but I did get woken by the dogs barking, cats fighting and roosters crowing but the owners can't be blamed for that. All in all it was a lovely stay, it is about a 10 minute bus ride from the centre of Mykonos.
