I just ate here, I did not actually stay, but the dinner was lovely and the lobster so yummy. It is a beautiful place indeed, we sat next to the fountain and we very much enjoyed also the great service provided. I hope to be back when in Cuba

We stayed overnight in this lovely little Sancti Spiritus hotel on the way from Trinidad. The rooms were very comfortable, although if you are a light sleeper you may need to pack some ear plugs, as the old windows and shutters don't stop much of the noise from the street outside. There is no lift to the first floor so...

Stopped here overnight on a Thomas Cook Classic Cuba Tour. Unfortunately we arrived quite late due to an airline delay but the hotel were very accommodating in holding back the evening meal, which for us, was the least enjoyable part of the stay! This was our first taste of cuban "gastronomy" but failed to "hit the spot" for us (and...

Lovely atmosphere in this beautiful building. This is a real touch of the old Cuba. Not many tourists when we there and the town was much better because of that. Had a much better atmosphere than Trinidad.

I must admit we hadn't expected too much from this hotel on our way back to Havana and we were agreeably surprised. It's a pretty 19th century colonial-style building in an excellent location on a pretty little square. Our room was attractive and spacious with good traditional furnishing and some nice little touches. It looked as if it had been...

We stayed here for our first night as part of the Thomas Cook Classic Cuba Tour. It dates back to 1817 & was owned by the local Doctor. It's a beautiful hotel & very well presented. It sits right in the centre of town so is well placed for exploring Sancti Spiritus. Our room was large with 3 single beds,...

Beautifully converted colonial house right in the main square of Sancti Spiritus. Close to all the attractions of the town (to be honest 1 museum and a nice church). The town was nothing to write home about but the hotel was great. Basic lunch but nice evening meal. Rooms built around a central courtyard. Our room had no windows as...

We were traveling with a tour group of 27 people and I have to say for a small hotel that the staff was very fast, efficient and friendly. Just off a small plaza where with small clubs and restaurants which meant that if you had a room (with balcony) overlooking the plaza it was noisy on Saturday night (which was...

Step into another world - beautifully maintained old hotel, interesting furnishings, close to the main square. My room was on the first floor, was clean but a little small. Nice bar, good breakfast, recommended.

I love staying in historic residences that have been repurposed into boutique hotels, and my stay here was a memorable one. I stayed in room 6, which is one of the principal guest rooms with a balcony facing the Plaza Honorato and the historic blue-painted Iglesia Parroquial Mayor -- be sure to climb the church's bell tower for a great...
