we visited the hotel in May and we really enjoyed it because it was not crowded, so we could use all the facilities to the maximum, although I know that Petrovac is very crowded during the main season. I would especially single out the wonderful complex and swimming pools, the food is satisfactory. The children's playgrounds were a great help to us!

The hotel is not very expensive and it's reflected in the offer. Rooms are relatively up to date but degraded badly with humidity, so in some rooms the smell is bad. Food and drinks are passable. The choices are not multiple but you can always find something decent. I would not recommend unless you are traveling on budget and not picky. Then it can be an interesting option with decent pools and near the beach.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty rooms, pool an restaurant. Food is terrible, it’s like we eat remains every day. And the stuff- that’s amazing how rude and arrogant they are! Awful experience. And they are erasing all negative comments, and blocking people who write it. Can you believe

The treatment of guests is terrible, the rooms are dirty, the safety of guests is compromised, unknown people come to the terrace at night, COVID measures are not respected. Despite several warnings, management did not respond fully.

The offer I accepted included afternoon snack and ice cream in all hotel cafeterias and bars all day long, but they did not have it. We could take an ice just for one hour in one place, and there was a large number of people in one place in the same time. When I ask, in writing and oral, to refund me an amount of money for the serve es they did not provided, they did not react. The parking is a problem, but they stated in the offer. The much of staff is acting unprofessional.

Well we reserved to stay 4 days in All inclusive, and after one day I decide to RUN away. Hotel Old and dirty, rooms full of dust, dirty bedsheets. We went to the pool to drink something on the bar and employees were fighting for the tips in front of customers. Pool dirty with cigarettes inside and broken equipment. Food that probably was the remaining of some low level restaurants and not enough for all guests. Employees very not polite and not prepared. The only good thing that I will remember for ever is the door when we left. Shame to all of you to take money for bad service. Gypsy!

Parking was not available. Sun beds are included in the price, but only if you wake up at 6am to put your towel on it and 'book' it . Room was poorly cleaned when we entered, and was never cleaned for the 6 days of our stay. The walls are not painted for years, stains from killed insects were all over them. Long lines of people were waiting to get food. there were days we had to wait 30 minutes in a line to get food form, so called buffet lunch. And after we got food, with plates in the hands, we had to search for an available table, often without success. Icecream, which should be available every afternoon (after lunch and on the pool bars) was available only 2 days after lunch. Poor quality and poor selection . Last 2 days of our stay we had only coffee , ice tea and water to drink, all other beverages were unavailable. Restaurant staff were very polite and diligent, but there were not enough of them to serve all the guests.

This is definitely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The thing I regret the most is that I didn't leave on the very first day. Everything is so bad, no need to mention something in details. The only good thing is clear sea water but it has nothing to do with the hotel...

Parking was not available. There were no available sun beds. Long lines of people waiting to get any kind of service. We decided to cut our stay short and move to another hotel. A positive: food was good.

I just have to tell that after I was the first one to book the hotel and book 3 rooms for the same one I came and realized my reservation doesn’t exist. After we solve that problem I was waiting 15 minutes in front of the garage elevator to put my car there. After I finally settled in our room and head to the pool(I took all inclusive package) Tried to check the drinking package l, I got the answer in every single bar that they don’t have ingredients for the cocktails that they made for that package. Beach sunbeds are extra charge, room was never cleaned. Food was good. Late check out was explained to me as We have a right to only stay in our rooms. No enough stuff,so coffee and drinks in average took 30 minutes to get. One more thing: After I left a bad review on their instagram page,I was blocked on their page and my comment was erased. Thank you very much for doesn’t know anything about hospitality and customer care.
