The hotel is clean but the rooms are very dated. Service was very friendly. There is a small parking place opposite for guests. Wifi was available in certain rooms and quite fast. Breakfast was a buffet - with ok selection and quality. Nothing special. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the main town and beach/harbou where there are lots of restaurants. There is a nicer beach with good facilities about 10minutes walk away.

We were first guests in this season and it was also our first time in Montenegro. Petrovac is very beautiful and very green city with a wonderful walking ways with amazing views. This hotel is close to the bus station and supermarket. Approx.10 walking min to the city beach and small beach Lucice. Our room was very clean with a nice view. Very helpful and friendly stuff. We had only breakfast, which was ok, beacause there are a lot of restaurants and cafes on the promenade. We would definately recommend this family hotel to our friends.

We have just come back from spending 10 days at this hotel in a standard double room. The room was good with a nice sized balcony, a TV (which we did not use) and a free safe. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was OK with a shower and plenty of hot water (although it did take a time to come through). It had a large bathroom cabinet which is unusual and very useful. The towels were changed daily and it was cleaned whilst we were at breakfast and the bedding was changed every 3-4 days. The breakfast was a buffet style in a lovely dining room with lots of choice and a very cheerful waitress. We ate at the restaurant once in the evening and it was very good and a good price. The hotel itself was about a 10 minute walk from the beach and the main restaurant strip. It had parking facilities both outside the hotel and in a small car park opposite. We did not use the pool but although small looked clean and inviting with a few sunbeds around it. The free Wi-Fi was good and we were able to use it in our room and on the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made our holiday, especially the two girls on the reception and the breakfast waitress.

Room Tip: We asked for a room with balcony as I understand that not all of the rooms had balconies.

The photos look much better than the actual hotel. It's in need of a good overhaul, a bit worn down and patched up! The bathroom must be 20 years old or more, it's got more holes drilled in the tiles and filled with plaster, it's unreal. Rusty fittings and very bad mold and mildew around bath and tiles. We couldn't take showers, it was too bad. The bedrooms were just ok, the pool area is really nice and breakfast was ok. I wouldn't stay here again. Over priced for what it is.

We stayed here in August, with young children. The hotel is very near a good supermarket. Everyone just leaves their buggies downstairs, so you don't have to drag them upstairs. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk (with small children) to the nicest beach. The breakfast is fine, just the standard European affair, however the evening food is fantastic. There is a good pool. Our apartment had was a 2 room one with a sofa bed and a kitchenette and the main bedroom. The main room was fine, but the other was run down and had no AC, so was quite hot as the only window opened on to another AC unit. W Don't drink the water in montenegro, we asked the receptionist if it was OK, she said it was fine,, so we did and our baby got cyrptospradium (only affects very young and elderly) we should have done our research before we went I admit, and will be doing next holiday. We booked directly through the hotel and it was cheaper than the booking websites. Overall good location, excellent food, good pool, but rooms need a bit of TLC.
