    Boutique hotel in perfect location
Lovely small hotel in a great location. Petrovac beach is no more than 5 minute walk away with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We hired a car which gave us much more flexibility to see the other beautiful parts of Montenegro (Kotor, Budva, Perast, Tivat) Breakfast was a typical European selection with plenty of choice for everyone. We upgraded to half board which gave you a selection of 3 dishes which you preorder at breakfast (if we are totally honest I’d recommend eating out for dinner). Had the most amazing service from the young male waiter who was very helpful, friendly and went out of his way to help. Our room was incredible!! We had the president suite which had a huge private rooftop terrace and was lovely for relaxing! Plenty of space and beautifully decorated! Everything was super fresh and clean - bedding and towels changed every day. Our departure flight wasn’t until later in the day so the staff kindly extended our check out time by a couple of hours which really allowed us to make the most of our last day. Would highly recommend and would love to come back. 5*

    Worth the wait!
On a prior day visit to Petrovac, we found this hidden gem tucked away in the olive groves. Post covid, we came back! It's a stylish boutique hotel whose size gives the personal touch. The staff are just gorgeous, helpful and always willing to make time for you. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, sunshine always increases an appetite! Our room, was lovely and well kept overlooked the cluster of hotels. The hotel is centrally located for intrepid travellers, 5 minutes from a great bus station which extends the Adriatic coastline. We made use of local knowledge, their passion for Montenegro and always took up recommendations. Petrovac promenade is a mere 5 minutes away and all it has to offer. Families and couples are equally served. But you'll soon discover it yourself , we hope! Hvala Hotel Eleven.

    Great hotel with serviceminded management
A new, modern hotel with great serviceminded staff doing everything they can to meet the guests needs. The manager even helped me to park the car in the garage when we arrived, as I had read some reviews that it was narrow (it turned out to br much spacier than I dreaded!) Spend 7 nights in the biggest apartment. Seemed brand new with many top notch chosen details. Few minutes walk to beaches. The hotel is built on property that used to belong to the managers grandparents, and there are more than 300 years old and beautiful olivetrees surrounding the small - but relaxing- pool. Recommendable!

Lovely little hotel on a quiet back street. Excellent breakfast and rooms cleaned with new towels every day. Lovely little pool which was fabulous after a day out at the beach, with its own resident black and white cat. Calm polite staff. I really can’t give the hotel anything but praise.

Good hotel and 5 min near the beach from our travel agent. Team very friendly and supportive to assist me during 3 weeks. Great room view view of the mountain and perfect cleanliness. Manager helped me with a medical set up and so great full for entire assistance. Great view of the mountain and pool in front. Was perfect for me as went daily to the harbour and beach walkway. All team was incredibly friendly and very accommodating with all of us. Was on HB and had dinner most night. Dish were fine and often very cooked, but taste good Recommendation as think is great hotel. Put light in restaurant for breakfast. It feel warmer and food look better. Sometime dark. Please change the soup daily. Had chicken vermicelli soup 16 times over 20 days. Soup is easy. This became a joke topic and is for sure the Eleven Soup of the year. Sorry, Had a wonderful time and thank you again for all. best

Just returned from our holiday here and have immediately booked to return in a couple of months time, it really was that good. Not the sort of hotel we normally go for as it is quite small and intimate, but everything about our stay was perfect from our greeting on arrival to our room, but most of all the attention to detail from every member of staff. Good breakfast each morning to set you up for the day. Helpful staff to recommend places to visit. Our trip to lake Skania was a high light. Thank you to Vladimir and all his staff.

We stayed here as a family of 3 for 1 week at the end of July/Beginning of August. This is a beautiful modern Hotel. All very tastefully decorated. Our bedroom perfectly suited to our family of 3, Plenty of room, Comfy Beds, lovely decor, Excellent Wifi, and a lovely view over the pool. The breakfast was lovely, all sorts of different foods to suit every pallet. Everywhere is clean and the Hotel staff are very pleasant and very accommodating. The location is excellent, easy access to the beach, Shops and restaurants. There is a Restaurant that is linked to the Hotel "Medin Restaurant" We decided not to go out one evening after having a long day trip out and The Hotel even ordered food in for us" We will definitely be going back to Hotel Eleven

The Hotel Manager and the receptionist are very welcoming and hospitable. We were overwhelmed with the hotel itself, everything was even better than we expected, the breakfast is extremely tasty, they offer various dishes, and you can even order from a restaurant near the hotel. The hotel is small, and that is even better because they focus on each and every guest and make you feel like you’re home. Thank you for our lovely stay, we will be sure to come back next year. 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Hotel tastefully decorated and high spec bathrooms .The place was very clean and I slept so well, what a great bed . The breakfasts were of high quality and varied every day with local produce . Yes the half finished hotels do block the sea view but the olive trees surounding and the mountain views make up for this .It is close to two beaches which have good variety of restaurants .5 minute walk but the hotel is better for that as it is very peaceful when you need it . Both beaches are family orientated and very low key no loud music and it is safe to swim.p.s best chocolate crossaints and espresso
