Sometimes there are rooms available for £65 which is good value. I wouldn't pay £120 a night which is what it can cost when they are busy. The spa and pool area is nice, but you couldn't spend a full day there... Also the pool is hired out, so not always available to guests. The hotel food wasn't great... Quality...

I booked 3 rooms for me and my family because we had organised a surprise 40th birthday bash for my daughter. Everything went really and the staff we're excellent and extremely helpful regarding hiding a large birthday cake and bringing it out at the right time as the evening went on. My daughter thought it was just a family affair...

Stayed for a couple of nights here. Not a lot to do around us. We stayed on level 3 views weren't so good as you can see from my photo..... but for the price we paid £49 per night you couldn't complain at all. It's a bit dated. We had access into the swimming pool which is quite small but...

We recently stayed overnight at this hotel whilst visiting family who live in the area. When we arrived the hotel outside is beautiful and there is ample parking. When we got inside the bar and restaurant area were very clean and all the staff were very friendly. Everyone you walked past said hello. We had booked a twin room and...

Nice hotel with nice decor in the Emley Suite and President Suite so would be excellent for weddings or events. Did not try breakfast but the food served at the event I attended was lovely, waiting staff were friendly

We had booked early check-in but were told repeatedly (3 times) by the receptionist that was not what it stated on her system. Were not greeted with a smile, just rudeness which made us feel unwelcome. In fact the only staff that were friendly were the cleaners. The hotel was in need of obvious repairs on the outside, where it...

The hotel is scruffy from the outside and this carries on inside. Wouldn't stay here again. The person working on reception was rude and looked like they were in a stinking mood! The rooms are shabby, the restaurant is way overpriced and your pretty much have to eat there unless you drive because there is nothing close by at all....

I stayed here from 3rd to checkout on 6th March. The noisy generator outside my room kept me awake, although the room was clean. The restaurant was poor. I decided to have half roast chicken £15, gravy didn't arrive neither did many of vegetables and extras mentioned on the menu. Chicken was very small and bony. Whole chicken would have...

The hotel is in a great location, however the leisure centre is dirty, in our room we could hear the generator all night. The beds are very uncomfortable, worst nights sleep ever. Breakfast is very minimal and unorganised, hot food ran out twice meaning you have to stand around waiting for more to be cooked. Would not recommend for return.

Stayed one night. Room was a good size. Used the sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Changing rooms were dated and dirty feeling. Jacuzzi dip lasted seconds as I didn't feel comfortable. Steam room tiny. Sauna ok. Room service food was average.
