Was politely welcomed on arrival and all dealings with the JCH staff during my 2-night stay was friendly and efficient. The room presented nicely and was very clean. The bathroom was a good size as was the main room. The bed was very comfortable and it was lovely to have windows that you could open and enjoy some fresh air....

Room was clean and satisfactory for the $149 I paid for the night. There is no free wifi and hotel wanted $20 for one nights use! Way too expensive! When I went to the restaurant for breakfast the staff member did not acknowledge me and walked away eventually when she came back she bluntly said 'help yourself' like I was...

The receptionist was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to guide us towards shops, restaurants, parks etc. the room was clean, tidy, neat and clean. Good locality. Plenty of walks in a very safe clean community. Good sized desk in the room with plenty of power points for charges etc. close to lots of Pokemon Go for those...

So at first glance, things looked promising. We were greeted personably, the place smelled clean. Went up to our bedroom and the disappointment slowly set in. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, there was only 4 tiny milks and... The DVD player didn't work!! I was all set to enjoy a run of Elementary episodes and had my chockies ready...

Nothing fancy here but it satisfied my needs for the purpose. Staff were nice and room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. My only complaints was that there was a faint odour of cigarette smoke in the room and the corridor lights were on a timer which made looking for my key a bit of an issue when...

Very small but immaculately clean room&bathroom. Good location, plenty of parking with access into hotel. Fantastic stirfry from room service menu, staff seemed pleasant but mostly non existant. The bed was very hard and one night I could hear a person snoring in the next room. All night. Decor is a bit tacky. Suited me as a single business traveller...

Fairly average room in a fairly average location. Rooms are decent sized, bathroom is fine and a nice and large shower. Check in was quick. Located in the north end of Joondalup a long walk from the Shopping Centre. Close to the freeway, bus routes etc. It's an unremarkable budget hotel. I've stayed worse but I feel like they could...

As the main hotel theoretically in the centre of Joondalup is one of the worst I have ever stayed at Australia. The rooms were dark, dirty, dusty and the staff were stuck between a rock and a hard place due to a pathetic owner / manager. Worst of all was the cockroaches not only in the room but crawling over...

For what appears to be a well kept suburb and exterior, this hotel's interior appeared dated and poorly maintained. Particularly for the price point. There was no staff on site when we arrived at 8pm. Parking wasn't secure nor clearly defined at the back entrance so we drove a few laps before working out where to go. The back enterence...
