Concrete block building and small brown room didn’t give a good first impression but it grew on us because of friendly staff and very good breakfast. Clean and centrally located, try the excellent wild hare at the Antigonea restaurant at the side of the hotel.

Nice clean place to sleep. Permet is really a town, not a true city. The room I stayed was clean, neat, and had air conditioner. The TV sets had been upgraded from my last stay in 2014 to flat screens. The bathrooms are modern and adequate. You get exactly what you pay for. The owners and staff are helpful, don't... More

We stayed one night in the Hotel Permeti after a spectacular mountain drive on in part terrible roads from Korce. The appearance of the hotel, like the modern town, is pretty nondescript and a real contrast with the magnificient scenery. The room was, however, more than adequate and our stay was made by the helpfulness of the staff, notably the... More

Conveniently located in the center and facing the river, it is a simple building with clean rooms and bathrooms. Pretty simple, what you pay is what you get. The breakfast was very delicious, especially the locally made dairy and preserves. Overall a pleasant and welcoming experience. Make sure you try the raki and gliko (preserves) that the owner makes.

Old converted communist era hotel with 3 floors. Very small and sparse room, but the AC worked just fine. Wi-fi is horrid – like being on slow dialup. I could not even connect with a skype conversation. Email took about 5 minutes to download. Shower was tiny and I’m a small person, but the water was hot. TV remote had... More

Though well refurbished the hotel still retains signs of its communist past. But let's start off with pluses. The hotel is conveniently set on the central town square and offers an attractive live bar that spills out into the square. The rooms though not he largest are clean and with one exception furnished to a reasonable standard. The exception being... More

This is the first hotel on this tour of Albania that I thought wasn't up to scratch. The location is perfect and it may well be that there is nothing better in this town, but the rooms were not ideal....too small, no fridge, no air conditioning and in general the facilities were not ideal.

Shame we only stayed one night. Permet is a lovely little town. A lot of life in the evening. The hotel is in the center of town on the main square. The room (we had a two bed room) seemed newly remodeled. Nice view from the room. Please be warned: They put something magical in the breakfast cherry jam. That... More

Although this is a hotel built during the Communist era it was quite adequate and the staff were very accomodating. We stayed here one night on our trp. It is located in the center of the town and was actually very quiet even though it sits on the town square and there were many people eating and drinking at the... More

I wanted to thank you for every information that you have served in this website, but I would also advice you to upload more photos of the places to be visited, detailed photos of the hotels regarding the accommodation, room service, staff engagement during summer time, food specialties, so everyone can have a better overview of this region in Albania....
