The only thing I can think of as to why this place has such bad reviews is that try are very fussy people. I stayed here for one night. The small lady offered to show us the room first. It had nice clean sheets- you could even smell the powder. Nice comfy bed and pillow. The bathroom wasn't spotless but...

Only 5 min walk from the airport, this is the biggest advantage. I had a clean room + AC for 175.000 Rp. No luxury but ok. The staff doesn't speak much English and the lady is not very friendly. You don't get the feeling to be very welcome but apart from this, the hotel is ok.

Ende is not a touristy place, hotels seems to be packed with Indonesian businessmen (?), we did not feel welcome as foreign tourists and most hotels were full. We ended up at hotel Ikhlas which had rooms with fan left ( for 120,000). The only good thing about this hotel is that they have wifi which on Flores outside of...

We went in this place just because if our tight budget. They didn't clean the room for ages, completally disgusting (I had to clean it by myself). Then, there was a joke of breakfast and lied to us about that the day we left. Furtheremore, we got a electricity problem 1 day and the owner didn't want to charge the...

This place aren't worth a stay, firstly we were met by the owner, who were very arrogant and didn't seem to care, if we stayed there or not. Didn't speak directly at us, even though she spoke English. The room were dirty, the bathroom looked awful and the staff weren't helpful in any way. The breakfast consisted of a danish...

Stayed here because it was close to the airport. Should have gone somewhere else. The place seemed like its best days had passed a long time ago. There were so many stains on the wall I did not want to even think about how they got there. Bugs were coming in through the bathroom window. Glad we only stayed one...

Stopped here for a few days during our stay in Ende and from the reviews we were looking forward to arriving. The place is just as miserable on the inside as the out, the rooms are basic but suspect better than most in Ende with western toilet and shower. The worst thing though is the staff. I read reviews here...

Arrived on a sunday afternoon. Were just given a key. No checkin at all. Got room 24 right next to TV area. Avoid. Hard lumpy bed with springs starting to poke thru, aircon just moved hot air around, bathroom was filthy and stank. But what do you expect for Rp250,000 ? Tried to get some dinner. After half an hours...

So the positives... It's cheap and does have a shower (if you get a room with working water) and sit down toilet (all be it a very dirty one) which is more than can be said for the other hotels I checked out in the local area. The draw backs to this hotel is most certainly the way I was...

Don't expect beautiful, romantic rooms, but they are fine, basic en neat. Ask for a room facing the garden and you can have a nice sit! The including breakfast consists of coffee/tea and a really small bun, but you can order more and get good juices, jaffles and guacamole! And important when travelling alone, in this area this is a...
