We did not expect anything 5 star in Osh but the Classic certainly tries. The staff were accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a malfunction in the bathroom (leaking drain) but it was quickly rectified. This was really a transit for us so we did not pay a lot of attention to the surrounds but it seems centrally located - if there is a centre. If we transited Osh again, i would most probably stay there again

This hotel has all the amenities in a peaceful corner of one of the most peaceful cities of the world; Osh. The rooms are nice, bathrooms having all facilities, staff the most friendly and efficient. You have a traditional Kyrghyz breakfast with fresh fruits that are abundant in the city. The views from the windows are soothing as every where you see greenery in the cities. I really loved it.

smart hotel unexpected location .To get to the hotel you go through the riad near the petrol station once through you see this smart hotel. Lobby is bit untidy with all unnecessary stuff. Quick check in lift to room , big rooms , clean and comfortable beds. breakfast is not special just normal variety

I stayed in this hotel for one night and overall had a positive experience. This appears to be the best hotel option in Osh, but I would probably consider it is a 3 star hotel at best. We had some issues finding our reservation in their system, and that delayed check-in by quite a bit. Once that was sorted everything went fine. Rooms are clean and showers are hot with good water pressure. Breakfast is also pretty good.

For a hotel in Osh, Kyrgyzstan that is not part of a 5-star international chain this is a good choice. Not being prime season, I'm can't testify to what that experience would be. The public spaces are clean and well appointed. My room was also clean and nice. The bathroom was bright and did not suffer from signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I knew when I accepted it that is was next to the elevator. I could have asked for another room, but I didn't. I did hear elevator related noise, but it was not terrible. The command of English at the front desk was uneven and dependent on who was there. All were helpful and good intentioned. The location was suitable to my needs, centrally located, but not in the exact center. I did not use the pool, but it looked very nice and well maintained. It appears that the hotel is being expanded. I did not suffer from noise or dirt related to this construction.…
