We visited Perlas and Riccardos place for a couple of nights and it was awesome. The interiour is put together very thoughtful, with lots of love, clean and it's a great escape from Rome's rush and busy life. The terrace with a partial seaview is huge and even provides some privacy when other guests are around. It is overlooking a zone for pedestrians and restaurants with outside seating. The sea is a short walk away, also a supermarket. With a bit of luck there is a parking spot right next to the house but definetely in the street. We used to visit Rome by train and metro on a daily bases and it turned out to work well for us. Perla and Riccardo are very friendly, always engaged and helpful. We can highly recommend this place and sure would come back any time.

Located in the central area in Ostia and they have a beautiful, big and stylish ornamented terrace. you can relax a day and night. The room which we like most is the extensive double room with private entrance. This room is the biggest and has a lovely interior decorations and feels so cozy! We are coming every year to enjoy this hotel and atmosphere. Around this hotel, you can find many good restaurants and it's also nice to take a walk to the see front.taff The hotel staff are very kind and it's pleasant to talk with them!

This b and b stay was perfect after our hectic cruise... especially outside the busy tourist season! this lovely 1920s home with a terrace overlooking the main square 1 block from the beach was just what I needed to recharge my batteries... perla was a great host and so accommodating with a lovely breakfast and her home has everything you would need. It's within walking distance to many great restaurants. Perla responded promptly and her English is great... can't wait to visit again to get away from the hoards of tourists in rome

We stayed only one night but enough to experience beautifula accomodation and hoslitaliy from the owners. Room was furnished with great attention to details to give you that perfect holiday feel you would expect from seaside accomodation. Appartment has fenomenal terrace above main pedestrian street looking at beautifull surrounding facades and sea. Breakfast was delicous with a great choice, and in the conversation with owner we spend one hour just enjoying the moment. I would highly reccomend this place and we already have a plan to come back in spreing.

We stayed one night at this beautiful Bed & Breakfast, and absolutely loved it! The setting is gorgeous, the room is decorated with style and warmth, the bed is very comfortable, the terrace is relaxing and has a fantastic view of the square below and the ocean beyond. Perla, our hostess, was warm and welcoming, and served a fantastic breakfast - far more than we could eat. We never had a better cup of coffee on the rest of our two-week trip. We also had one of the best meals of our trip in the restaurant just below the B&B.
