Terrible staff and service with no flexibility for serving a large family arriving in late lunch hour. Restaurant mama grumpy as hell, and suddenly don't understand English. Very unusual experience after traveling in Italy for more than 20 yrs.

The USP for this hotel is its location. It is just a few meters from the sea. The hotel has its own private beach and it is only a few steps away from the dining hall. We stayed here during the month of November and this happens to be low season and the access to the beach

We have stayed at Pino al Mare for ten days at the end of August and we changed 5 rooms in order to get the ones with the sea view. The worst side of this hotel is the kitchen, we were in half board and haven't enjoyed eating there. Really bad cooking and menu. Positive sides
