Very basic accommodation, comfortable beds, no heating or cooling but R50 per night to hire a gas heater (if available) meals 3 courses but no choice for dinner, very limited breakfast. The road into the lodge is awful and needs a 4wd.

What a lovely place in the mountains of Lesotho. The huts were very nice, practical, comfy & clean. The staff were amazing. The food was very tastey. Thank you to Glen and the team for an awesome experience , we highly recommend Malealea.

Rustic hotel with cozy wood fires and hearty food. Be entertained by the local choir, take a pony ride through dramatic mountain scenery, shop for handmade souvenirs, listen to the wind whispering through the pines. A place we loved visiting.
