This is the biggest and most beautiful resort in Bangladesh. This is not only the place for staying at night. There are so much to do inside of that. Games, sports, pool, boating , fishing etc. three restaurants( Olive, Nostalgia, Revolution) inside of this property. Each restaurant have their own menu. I have experienced the best service in this place. People who work here are well trained and well mannered. Jewell Gomez, the head chef of the olive restaurant is on of the best persons i ever seen. This man knows his job very well. He is very passionate about his job. My experience with this place excellent. I will definitely come here again inshallah.

Absolutely incredible, it was by far the best trip we've ever taken. We stayed at Tower Building Signature King Triple and the entire trip was breath taking. We had the total package and enjoyed all of our activities. The Swimming pool was so clear and so warm you could stay in the water for hours. The rooms were amazing and food was incredible specially Olive Restaurant were hit of the list. The entire trip we talked about how fantastic it was over and over. We definitely will be back in soon. And finally Thanks to all team members of The palace for their hospitality.

I am deliriously happy to share one of my best experiences that we all family members gathered together by exploring the stunningly beautiful view of "The Palace". The first and foremost praiseworthy thing is their infrastructural arrangement along with the indoor amenities I really appreciate the hospitality of all the members specially HASAN vai, who did his best for us. Last but not least, I have to admit the complementary baby food they served. This facility made our trip more enthusiastic. Again thank you very much.

I would love to come again here because this is The best resort in Bangladesh so far. This is my fifth time visiting here.The tour was as usual organised by our most favorite manager Mr. Ataur bhai. There hospitality always amazed me. The scenic beauty of nature is mesmerizing. The food in Nostalgia cafe was really good. Thanks to chef apu, Azad bhai for delicious food n other members specially manager Saleh bhai, liton, tauhid, shanto, siddique all of them were really good. And kazi bhai, tapash bhai from olive restaurant serves well.In the kid indoor zone kalpana, kabita, shadhona n aziz they were amazing people. In room service Mr. Yusuf n other members were very cordial. All the staff's maintaining this place beautifully. Well secured, clean, tasty food. It was our fifth trip to the Palace.The whole thing was organized by Duty Manager Mr Ataur Bhai.His cordiallness always attract us more and more to this beutiful resort.The food was just awesome in the Nostalgia cafe being organized by Mr Saleh Bhai and the Chef Apu and Murad have shown their outstandings mouthwstering skills in their cooking.The staffs including Mr Touhid,Liton,Shanto and Siddik in the Nostalgia cafe have shown exceedingly mindblowing hospitality.Mr Kazi Bhai ,the manager in the Olive have always extended his hand in proving us the best quality food.Mr Jibak Bhai and Mr Alamin Bhai have helped us a lot in travelling with the resort and in all sorts of troubleshooting.we have really enjoyed fishing, played lots of indoor games, but could not enjoy water park a lot due to very much cold water.Mr Yousuf Bhai supervisor in housekeeping was very much professional .I must thank Ms Konika and Ms Kobita,Ms Shadhoane in the indoor kids gaming zone for their wonderful attitude and hospitality for my kids. The best (not one of the best) resort experience in bangladesh. the place is amazing. stuff behaviour is awesome. we stayed at tower building one day and at honeymoon suite one day. the place is fabulous. A stuff named Nazir is very well behaved and helpful

We can highly recommend The Palace Luxury Resort. Four of us from UK stayed in a 2-bed villa for 3 nights and had the best time. Everything was beautiful, clean and luxurious. The infinity pool is amazing, with unbelievably warm water. The best thing about the resort was the staff, who were friendly and helpful at all times. We want to particularly mention the manager and chef of Olive restaurant, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We recommend the buffet! Thank you so much.
