Royal Hideaway Corales Beach is often celebrated for its luxurious amenities, including pristine pools and a variety of dining options, with breakfast receiving special commendation. Guests appreciate its tranquil location with scenic views, although it's not beachfront. The hotel's cleanliness and serene atmosphere are frequently praised, although some guests miss a vibrant nightlife. While the comfortable and modern rooms with stunning views are a highlight, opinions on value are divided due to pricey drinks and occasional service lapses. Despite generally excellent service, noise can be an issue for some visitors.

We chose this hotel as we wanted a weeks winter sun within a few flying hours, no time difference & very importantly no children. This hotel ticks all the boxes & more. Reception was efficient & welcoming & we were taken to our fist floor room immediately. Huge room with a super king bed, pillow menu, bar area, plenty of wardrobes & drawers. This will be the first time in a long time that I haven't had to ring down for more coat hangers. Big fluffy robes & slippers supplied & plenty of toiletries. Large terrace overlooking the sea. It was all perfect except one thing. The bathroom was situated between the door and the bedroom area & totally open plan except for a screen with holes curved around. The toilet & shower were both spotless but had heavy frosted glass doors. This layout gives no privacy whatsoever and my husband & I took it in turns to sit out on the terrace whilst the other was abluting. Not a hardship but a little inconvenient. Fabulous pools, plenty of lounger & umbrella & helpful pool girls & guys. The breakfast buffet was very good with a small menu of extra cooked dishes. We dined in the Japanese/Peruvian fashion restaurant which was very good & the fish restaurant also excellent. Staff throughout were friendly & helpful. Plenty of bars & restaurants outside the hotel within a few minutes walk so you didn't feel like you were captive. One star held back for the open plan bathroom but otherwise I couldn't fault it (and I'm picky!) We would certainly return.

Me and my partner visited in February, stayed on the 3rd floor with the panoramic view room, half board.
The rooms are HUGE. Pictures don’t do this hotel justice, you just have to be there to really get the feel.
Definately our favourite hotel so far!
This is a 5 star hotel with a very reasonable price, we have booked it as a TUI package holiday, but turned out that it was actually cheaper on lastminute.com.
Recommend getting a panoramic view room. The view is superb.
The architecture of this hotel is beautiful; - featuring natural structures mixed with modern pieces.
Food is amazing in the main restaurant downstairs (adults only), especially the seafood night on the Sunday. Menu changes every day with a very good variety.
Service was definitely 5 star, very attentive and personalised, all staff remember your name and treat you like royalty.
Would like to thank all the wonderful staff at the hotel, especially Pepe who made us feel very welcome at reception.
The housekeeping staff are very friendly and always ensure your room is a very high standard of cleanliness! After tidying your room they come back to ask if you need any extra towels, which is really nice (not sure if this is standard)
We have used the spa and it has been very good, definitely recommend getting a treatment there.
Also thank you to Angela who does yoga sessions at the hotel! Made my holiday even better with the sessions being included with your stay amongst many other activities.

We will hopefully be back in the near future.

From the moment you arrive the feeling of calm luxury is evident all around. Excellent, friendly professional staff are on hand to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is fresh varied and beautifully presented..,We are in a junior sea facing suite which is very large, spotless and for once well planned ( plugs and mirrors in the right places) so the hotel designer must have been a woman!! Quiet efficient air con, turn down service, fluffy towels, coffee machine and clothes steamer to mention just a few nice touches.
A few minutes walk finds you in an area where you have a choice of excellent alternative restaurants if you wish to eat out. I would recommend this hotel for adults looking to relax and chill out.

Stayed for 5 nights end of January, a stunning hotel in a great location, about a 30 minute walk into Adele resort itself so ideally situated away from the crowds. La Caleta harbour with an array of eateries is a 5 minute walk. This is a 5 star hotel and it is justified, stayed in a junior suite with panoramic views, large balcony to enjoy the views out to the Atlantic. We had the biggest bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel and the most comfortable as well. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, did not need any lunch. Every single member of staff worked tirelessly to ensure that you were special, like you were the only guest they had to look after. It was a well oiled machine, it was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in for care and attention given to every single guest.

This was our 3rd visit RHCB as we absolutely adore this resort, and it always lives up to well above our expectations, this is why we decided on a 17 night stay this time.

We love the feel of the rooms, which are open plan, giving it a lovely light and airy feel, with the shower and separate toilet being an integral part of the room, gives it a very modern look. We also used the large balcony daily as it comprises of 2 sun-loungers, a table with 2 reclining chairs and is partially covered, giving you the option to seek the shade or take cover if a rain shower happens to prevail.

Each morning we had the breakfast buffet which is served in the NAO restaurant, because of the large selection it has to offer, we did not find this repetitive, the NAO restaurant also has a buffet style evening meal with 3 different themed nights, again with a very good selection, however if we had to give one criticism, it would be nice if they could also include a selection of cheeses like they do at the breakfast buffet.

We also made use of the rooftop heated pool, and had many a cocktail relaxing at the Maresia Atlantic Bar, while taking in the spectacular views across the bay.

For the first time at RHCB we had evening room service, which we couldn't find fault with. The table was laid out and the food presented as if we were dining in a restaurant itself.

A credit to all staff throughout the resort who are very pleasant and very attentive and we feel work exceptionally well together as a team, this is why we keep returning for a very enjoyable relaxing holiday.

Looking forward to our next visit, which is already booked.

This hotel is one of the finest places we've stayed in all years of travel. In my opinion they scored perfectly in every dimension you can imagine. The staff, the food, the cleanliness of the rooms and all areas of the property are top notch. This will be the only place I can imagine staying for future trips to Tenerife.

The hotel is in a quieter area of the island which is what we liked. Also, once you enter the grounds, it feels like you're in a gated community. And when you're by the pools, you feel like you have your own slice of Tenerife.

It is hard to imagine there is any better place than Royal HIdeaway Corales Beach in Tenerife.

There's a good reason it's the number 1 rated place.

Stay here and you WILL NOT be disappointed. Other resorts may claim 5 star accommodations, but this place is legitimately 5 stars.

You book a hotel based on location, facilities and price amongst other quantifiable metrics but whilst these are all good guides i am personally convinced that a hotel stay can be made or broken by the staff and service they provide. Here is where corales beach hideaway ( cbh) really excels. The rooms and public spaces are beautifully designed and spotlessly maintained any fault or query is dealt with astonishingly quickly and followed up to make sure all is well. The in house restaurants in keeping with the rest of the canaries are not great for vegetarians or vegans but as soon as we mentioned this Vanessa one of the chefs was out to see us and discussing all the things she could make vegan or vegetarian. The results were excellent and she was friendly, highly skilled and made us feel this was no bother at all. (Having worked in kitchens im sure it was ).
Also worth mentioning Guilermo the concierge is a man who is in the right job. Nothing is to much trouble and wether its car hire or finding somewhere to watch the rugby him and the rest of the team on the desk couldn’t be more helpful.
This is far from a budget hotel but if considering it remember the facilities are as good as they look but what you cant see is that the service and people who run it are exceptional and that is what sets the cbh apart. We will be back as soon as we can

I chose this hotel because of its location close to La Caleta harbour. Slightly disappointing that the hotel is not as close to the seafront as the website would suggest. However, I had a good view from my terrace over the village to the sea. If a view is important then pay the extra for a room on a high floor. The rooms are superb and extremely spacious and very well designed. The terraces are also very big and open and furnished with sunbeds as well as table and chairs. However, much as I love the sun, sometimes it was too hot as there is no shade so I would suggest that parasols should be provided. Housekeeping service was excellent as were all of the staff - reception and all waiters in the various restaurants. Without doubt the staff at this hotel are five star and its major attribute.

There are two swimming pools - one on ground level and one on the roof. I preferred the rooftop as the ground level one had no views at all. However, although there were always sunbeds available, there was otherwise no outside space, so both pools always seemed a little crowded. There is quite a large grass area which didn't seem to be used for anything so sunbeds could be placed there.

I tried all of the restaurants and they were all excellent. I am not keen on buffet but the buffet restaurant here is definitely a cut above the average. My favourite a la carte restaurant was the Japanese/Peruvian where I had the tasting menu which was amazing. But I would highly recommend trying all of the others as well, especially Starfish.

Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned from a week's stay in this superb hotel. This adults only hotel seems large when you first enter but it takes on a very personal and intimate character. The facilities are stylish and modern. The rooms are open plan and spacious each with a large patio area to soak up the sun or take an early evening drink. There are a range of different restaurants although we eat in the main buffet style resaturant located on the ground floor. The food standard is very high and good value if you go on a half board basis. There is a well equipped gym if you feel the urge to stay fit and this is set within a comfortable spa offering a range of therapies. But the really outstanding feature of this hotel is the care and support provided to you by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They get to know you by name and are keen to get your feedback. In fact they send a questionnaire half way through the stay to see if there is anything further that they can do to make your stay a success ( I have never experienced that before!). Renting a car is a good thing to do to explore the island - if you get away from the developed areas there are natural parks and wild life reserves with some great walking. But returning to this hotel at the end of the day is a real pleasure.

This hotel is beautifully located in a well-connected but relatively quiet area of Costa Adeje. Our room was on the 5th floor with a patio spa tub (not a hot tub so much more hygienic). The rooms, and the entire hotel, are beautiful: clean, fresh, white, and, on the top floor at least, beautiful coastline and sea views. Food is fabulous, absolutely no complaints despite us being fussy foodies. Staff are all fabulously friendly and helpful. The Barceló Hotel app works really well allowing you to book a gym session, view the various restaurant menus or gather hotel information.
We had a dodgy shower head (leaking from everywhere except through the actual head!) during our stay. From reporting it to reception it was only around 25 minutes before a member of the maintenance team arrived with a new shower head and replaced it :)
The top pool area doesn’t open until 11am; this is a fantastic positive as it means that you don’t have to collude with the breakfast-time lounger panic and can, instead, relax and take your time safe in the knowledge that perfectly placed loungers will become available later.
