We stayed over on a Tuesday night. We pre booked a fee days before and it was great value for money and included a full breakfast. We were leaving prior to the hot breakfasts starting but they had a full continental breakfast on offer instead which was nice. There is limited

Room was well appointed. 2 check-in staff was not friendly. 1 check-out staff was very friendly. Parking was not free for guests....even for just an overnight stay. Breakfast which was inclusive of room charge was excellent!

Not the first time we have stayed in this modern, comfortable hotel close to Heathrow airport. Nice rooms with good shower, despite location is very quiet.Fairly good selection of food and drinks. Hope we will be back.

Stayed for one night as I needed to be close to Heathrow. Got a great price for my room (shopped around online). Basic breakfast with hot and cold drinks is included. It's buffet so you make a few visits if you're wanting more. (Cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread/ toast, pastries,

All amenities one could possibly want, excellent location, comfortable beds, CLEAN. We booked this purely based on reviews and were not disappointed. It was easy to get to - instead of waiting for a bus and paying 5-pounds each ~ we just took a taxi at 10 pounds and were there

There is no direct bus from the hotel to Windsor, but it is relatively easy to get there using no more than 2! The 285 bus that you pick up right outside the hotel door will take you to Feltham train station and from there, you take a train to Windsor, which is 6 stops. The whole journey should only take an hour. The 81 bus heading to Slough you pick up from across the street from the hotel, outside a pub called The Three Magpies. From there, you take it either 23 stops to Uxbridge Sainsbury's, where you connect to the 703 heading to Bracknell and ride for 7 stops to Windsor. Or take the 81 for 26 stops to Slough Bus Station. From there, take the 15 bus for 7 stops or the 2 bus for 5 stops. The 2 is actually better and will deliver you right in the heart of Windsor, whereas the 15 is maybe a ten minute walk. You reverse the journey obviously to go back to the IBIS Styles and the 81 drops you back right outside the hotel door. If all this is too daunting, think about an Uber or the hotel will book you a car, but it can be pricey. Good luck!

Hi - there is actually a wing where the elevator is working. We stayed in it two nights ago. If you have mobility or access issues, just ask them to put you in it. The room in that wing was very comfortable.

The reception staff would most likely be able to advise you and wouldn’t be entirely sure personally. Happy travels

Hi there We didn’t actually fly in or out of uk it was the location we needed and hence why this hotel was booked. We did however use a taxicab which wasn’t unreasonable but always get them to tell you price before agreeing and getting into the cab. Enjoy your stay

"all seem fine"
"Beware certain rooms in the separate annex - they overlook the adjacent petrol filling station, so some intrusive noise will be experienced."
"Be proactive finding out about parking costs as the hotel won't tell you and will just fine you!"
"I think they are all good. Being near the airport I thought it would be very noisy, but no, I slept well."
"Top floor rooms (4th floor) might not be as badly affected by the plumbing noises"
