Stayed here for 10 days on holiday in Sicily from the UK. Location - great if you have a car. Loads of free on street parking (never had an issue getting a space close to the hotel) and just off the main A18 motorway/autostrada. Right on the coast, and not in a particularly touristy area so always lots of beach space, etc. Staff - we were fairly independent whilst there, only eating breakfast in the hotel and arranged all our own trips, but anytime we asked for help, staff very helpful and friendly. Food - can only speak for breakfast which was ok. Cooked options not great, fairly processed sausage and often burnt scrambled egg (although I wonder if it was meant to be like that?) however the rest of breakfast was great - lots of fruit and cereal, cheese and cold meats, also a wide range of cakes (seems to be a local thing) which were great. Plenty of fruit juice, tea/coffee (although no decaff options evident, however we never asked). Breakfast room large and comfortable, never had a problem getting a table. Staff were mostly ok - a bit slow to replace things like the fresh fruit when it ran out. Pool area - good. Not terribly large, but never had a problem getting a bed with a parasol if we wanted. Hotel have their own towels you can use. Pool refreshingly cool. Beach just across the street, we never used any sun-beds on the beach, just took a towel down and lay on the sand which was perfectly nice. Room - had a seaview room with an indoor hottub. So the view, etc. was great. Good size of a room, cleaned daily and to a high standard. Good sized balcony which we enjoyed sitting on and watching the sea. The indoor hottub was interesting...it also functions as your shower. So make sure you're not sharing the room with anyone you're not happy to stand naked around in the shower! Not sure how great thsi set-up was, would always end up with some water on the floor as the screens aren't complete, etc. Also the tap to fill the hottub is so slow it took over an hour to fill it if we choose to use it, which we only did once! Separate WC. So, all in all, a good hotel. Enjoyed our stay, would be happy to stay again. Not in particularly touristy area (which we consider a good thing) but readily accessible to the motorway for exploring the island.…
The room and hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and tried hard to help us as we speak very little Italian. Parking in the garage is difficult. To use the beach with the chairs you pay per day. You can however easily walk across the street and it’s free. As an American I found our stay in Giardini-Naxos a little easier.
I was here for 3 nights with my gf. It was a very nice experience with a big room, friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. I got a very good massage from Esther. The beach is across the street from the hotel. Good restaurants near by (try Sapori del Mare).
I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of March and it is a lovely hotel, we had a big room with large balcony overlooking the sea. Lovely bathroom, very clean. Nice spa! Would definitely recommend this hotel the staff were so friendly and made a lot of suggestions about what we should do during our stay
I have just returned from a wonderful 4 night stay here with my daughter. We had a lovely large room with a big balcony and great view of the sea from the balcony. The hotel was very clean and the staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly. The manager was extremely helpful suggesting various places to visit which made our trip to Sicily more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. One thing would have been nice to have in our room would have been a kettle so we could make ourselves a cup of tea ! ( being typically English ! ) that's not a criticism though, only a suggestion as it really is a great hotel.
