The owner is a great cook! The location is VERY quiet and so close to several beaches. The rooms are simple and clean. The pool is beautiful. We had a back porch to sit out and relax and a clothes line to hang our clothes. We walked to the far end of a Resort beach. There is a t.v. in...

I stayed at this wonderful property for a week whilst in Las Galeras. Remi the French owner was friendly and accommodating. He even invited me into his private quarters to watch a football match. The room was pleasant and roomy. Hot water in the shower was a bit patchy - boiling hot or freezing cold with not much in between....

We spent 2 weeks travelling around The DR, without reservations, studiously avoiding the ridiculously overpriced all inclusives that unfortunately swallow up most of this beautiful country. We were lucky enough to score 2 nights here and can't recommend it highly enough. Huge room, super comfy king size bed with nice, crisp cotton linens, and no need for AC, as the...

Had a great stay, very nice owner who took really good care of us. The rooms are clean, and the property is beautiful. I can't say enough about how well we were treated by the owner, he definitely went out of his way to make our stay great.

Remi, the owner, is very accommodating and nice. We stayed in two of the upstairs A/C rooms for 9 nights. We liked our room, the bed, and the views from the second level, but all rooms looked nice.......but quite basic..you must provide your own shampoo, etc, but they did provide the toilet paper. 😄 For us, the Airconditioning came in handy...

Very friendly and helpful owner who sorted out a last minute, good value boat trip for us. The rooms are arranged around a nice pool in a lush garden, not far from the beach. Rooms are quite basic but are clean and functional. Very comfy bed. Good value.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights in March of 2014. Remi was a great host. He advised us of the fair price of an excursion that we had planned to take which gave us the upper hand during negotiations. He also took us to a great restaurant with fellow residents at the top of a cliff. We...

“Really depends on your needs. First floor is cooler, and no stairs to climb. Some rooms are right next to pool, others are close but not directly in front of pool. All seem about the same.second floor gives a nice view off outside veranda.”
