Stayed here for one night in our caravan while heading further South.
Wow…. What a fantastic site in the woodlands. The pitch was large but I would recommend taking a long ehu cable.
We didn’t eat here but used the pool which was great for cooling down. The toilet and shower block was spotless.
We walked down to the river which was lovely for our son to paddle.
Unfortunately we didn’t get to see the bridge which is also mentioned by people.
There is a Lidl down the road.
We will stay again soon.

Pros: the campsite is ideally located, direct access to the river and the Pont du gard in 10 minutes walk, peaceful location.
However, for a 4 star we expect better!!!
Impossible to rent a fridge, showers that leave something to be desired (impossible to adjust the temperature, no pressure, smell of live water drains in the sanitary), the staff is not very welcoming, in short we saw better.
The restaurant’s food also leaves something to be desired, would say warmed up with a far from friendly staff. Finally, as for the convenience store, which is actually a makeshift convenience store, we must see the profit that must be made on the backs of the campers, 5€ a pack of gruyere and 3€ a mozzarella, it is very excessive.
After years of camping (of all standing), this one does not deserve these 4 stars, even less animation side (no animation at the pool with bathing supervisors who does not seem to monitor, or even at the playgrounds...)
In conclusion, the Quality/Award ratio is absolutely not there, if you find better in the area do not hesitate!!
It is better to pay the 9€ parking of the Pont du gard, it is much more profitable!

This is a very attractive campsite in a fantastic location. Not only is it a good base for visiting Avignon and other Provence towns, it is literally 15 minutes walk to the Pont Du Gard.
You can enjoy the magnificent Roman aqueduct, and have a refreshing dip in the river. My teenage sons enjoyed jumping off rocks above a deep section.
The campsite is wooded, so there is plenty of shade, but the pitches are not exactly clearly defined. Some may struggle with the lack of privacy.
We went in peak season, so the place was very busy - especially the small pool. We were located very close to the bar and entertainments, so it was noisy. We did not enjoy the off note singing on karaoke night.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, but this place is expensive and I did have a couple of issues. One is that the only water taps are located in the shower /toilet block which was quite far away. In such a hot climate, it was frustrating to have to walk so far for water on a site that charges 60 euro a night. Also, every morning, I was turned away from the shower block by cleaners, and made to walk even further to the next one.
More water taps, and showers cleaned later in the day would have made this place perfect.

We spent 3 nights at this campsite at the beginning of July
Warm friendly welcome from Said the handyman
The bungalow corresponding to our reservation
The pool area was OK unfortunately my husband was not able to take advantage of it since he did not have pool pants but pool shorts regarding the catering we were unpleasantly surprised by the rigidity of the service
We ordered pizza for children at 12:30 p.m., time to have an aperitif at 1:34 p.m. We wanted to have more and we learned that the kitchen closed at 1:30 p.m., a delay of 4 minutes. We were generous in terms of tipping during our stay. we had to go out to go shopping for lunch for a campsite, this seems a bit excessive to me
The positive point is being close to Avignon and Uzes Pont du Gard..
A big thank you to Said who deserves a promotion

A large campsite, we pitched in the wooded area with plenty of shade. There is no delineation as such between pitches, placements are marked with pieces of wood which we learned by asking a member of staff. Four sanitaires, two open in low season. Toilet paper provided but the toilets don’t have seats. Cleaning was completed in the morning but the facilities were messy later in the day. The water got very hot in the showers, no thermostats to control the temperature. The site is within walking distance of the Pont du Gard and Remoulins. Washing machines 5 euros 50 which self dose but expensive when the drums are small. The site has a small shop where you can order bread. There is a swimming pool and has access to the river. Some great places to explore in the region such as Arles, Nimes and Uzes to name a few. We would return.

We had a very nice stay at camping La Sousta! The showers, toilets, sinks, etc. were very clean. The camping is very calm, but there is a good atmosphere at the bar in the evenings. The bar and bistro are not really expensive, but are of good quality. There is a nice beach at the river to relax and it is only a very short walk to the beach at the pont du gard. The places to put your tents or caravans are pretty big and there is a lot of shade. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and recommend it to everyone looking for a camping in that area.

The campsite of La Sousta in Remoulins is a haven of peace, ideally located by the river Gardon and a few minutes at the foot of the majestic Pont du Gard. In a shaded natural setting, the mobile homes offer all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. Perfect to recharge, this quiet allied campsite, comfort and direct access to one of the most beautiful historical sites. September and the perfect month to enjoy the calm of the end of season campsite, a pool not overcrowded and a restaurant accessible even without reservation.

Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable mobile home. The nearby river is a real plus. The aquatic area is sufficient but a small downside for the paddling pool which was quite cold even during the heatwave. Very well located campsite which allows you to easily visit the surroundings and especially to access the Pont du Gard on foot, it was great.
What good memories!

A little disappointed. The service was not up to what was expected for a 4 star. The site is very beautiful, under the pine trees, with a very nice riverside and very accessible for toddlers. The chalet is very aging (horrible bedding, broken terrace slats, undulated floor, doors that creak very loud, blocked sink...). Things to do at the kids club are very disappointing, when they are not simply cancelled at the last minute! Swimming supervisors are there between 2 cigarettes so watch your children well. Poorly maintained swimming pool (foam on the ground on water games that slide children, same by the pool). Better was expected, especially for Things to do for children.

June 22 in transit I wanted to pick a place for September.
Because we were around anyway.
Unfortunately the car park did not come on under the guise of being too busy unsafe for other guests etc.
Driven through and booked nearby for 3 weeks on a campsite that is customer friendly
