Stayed in this hotel in mid January with my family and a group of friends on our annual ski holiday. The food was fine but the service was diabolical. Breakfast was served to 9.30 but on several occasions the food was gone at 9 and they refused to replace it. I asked for fresh coffee one morning and was told...

We are a group of 19 skiers staying in hotel eberl. We arrived on Saturday for a 7 day holiday. Our room was far too hot and stuffy when we arrived and when I went to open the balcony door I realised our balcony was being shared by 4 other guests who can clearly see into our room if the...

My wife and I for the first time in 39 years had no parents or children around for Xmas so decided on a ski trip booked through Crystal ski and had an excellent week based in Finkenberg at Hotel Eberl. A spacious room with balcony, good food, swimming pool and wellness area all contributed to the success of our holiday....

Stayed in the Eberl last week with family and it was not what you would expect from a 4* hotel. We had 3 rooms between us, they were shabby and far too hot making sleeping very uncomfortable. We woke up during the night to the smell of cigarette smoke. The staff and other guests were continuously smoking in the hotel...

I stayed in Hotel Eberl with my girlfriend in March on a skiing trip. We were very disappointed with the way the staff treated us. We booked half board so we ate in the dining room each evening. The staff were very rude to us on multiple occasions. They were very slow in serving us and tended to be hostile...

Stayed in the Eberl last week with a group of 18 adults - it was not what I would expect for a 4* hotel. Relaxation area was lovely which is probably the only 4* aspect of the hotel - apart from children running around. Food wasn't fantastic just ok, choices poor & our waiter wasn't the most pleasant - therefore...

We've stayed in this hotel for skiing trips the last 2 years, which tells you all you need to know (we've never done that before, generally preferring to see new areas). The first year we were especially lucky to get a room upgrade, which was immense but even the standard rooms are plenty big enough. Some of the decor and...

Good hotel. Friendly personnel. rooms are clean and tidy. swimming pool and sauna, towels included. only for actual sauna and steam room no clothing allowed. Beds were a little to short for comfortable sleeping. with my 176cm length i had to lay diagonally for a comfortable and relaxing sleep. i don't know if this is the case for all rooms,...

We've stayed 3 nights in April in this property. It was very kind, the host was very helpful to us, everything was clean, breakfast was excellent, it is close to the ski bus stop (100m). Also the equipment for skiers is very good like a special room for ski, cupboard for ski boots. I can reccomend it.
