Fantastic friendly welcome. Everything you could wish for (and more) from a modern B&B based on a farm. Friendly boxer dogs who say hello and meander off - no worries for none dog lovers. Our dog loved being able to run around a large green space just outside - if your dog would chase livestock then you will have to keep them under control as there are horses and sheep just across from the garden. Amazing breakfast - everything cooked fresh and really tasty - we didn’t eat again until tea-time! We have family in the area and will definitely book here again :)

Loved staying at this great B&B. Beautifully furnished large rooms. Plenty of parking. Great views. Perfect breakfast. Best of all the great friendly hosts and doggies. Perfect place to stay if you are discovering Edinburgh. It’s only a 30 min drive to the city, worth the distance. Highly recommended.

We arrived with a very warm welcome. My kids loved the idea of staying on a farm B and B, Annette was brilliant and pointed us to a Italian restaurant which was amazing. The kids enjoyed staying on the farm with the chickens, sheep, horses and they thoroughly enjoyed playing with Pippa and Lilly the boxer dogs. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, social distancing maintained we felt completely safe during these unprecedented times. Thank you and we will be back soon. Many thanks Hayley and Trev and the kids
