Hosts are charming and have a wealth of knowledge about the flora and fauna of the area. The transformation of their property from cattle farm to native forest is impressive. Loes is an excellent chef, and Kees a great tour guide. Very impressed with the...More

Great Service, family like in a modest but clean facilities. Great place to start and finish birding tours. Kees is the best guide in the region, he always find the birds. I will return for sure in the near future.

Might it be possible to get to Cambutal by boat, either hired or hitch hike, for a few days and return the same way....or hike/camp a rough coastal route? I plan on spending the month of Feb 2017 on the West coast of the Azuero, incl a few nites at Heliconia. Have been to Cambutal in 2013 and would like to see it again. Will also be looking to spend few nites camping on one of the islands, fishing, spearing. Probably Coiba or if poss Montuosa.

Hi, I want to know how to book a reservation. I am interested in staying with you arriving on the 13th of March from Boca del Toro and leaving on the 15th of March. I have a registered service animal (a well trained, obedient and quiet Chihuahua). Thanks, Manuel Valenzuela
