We are situated just 700 mt from the highway route no.1 (Bangkok - Chaing Mai). Our resort is quiet and clean, with 14 bungalows. Each room has Free WiFi, A/C, super chilled fridge, hot showers, t.v, and comfy bed. There are beautiful fruit trees, flowers and a pond. You will be able to relax, go for a walk around the resort, and order food and drinks from our menu, then relax in your room or at our outside tables in the shade while dinning. All our food is freshly cooked in traditional Thai style. We offer a good selection of soft drinks, and beers. We are also able to offer experienced local massage. We will arrange for the masseuse to come and take care of you in your own room. This land has been in my family for many years. Before we decided to build our resort, we used to grow mangoes and coconuts and sell our products at the local market. We would like to invite tourists and new friends to visit our delightful resort, and to learn a little bit about our hometown and the area. If you come from Bangkok, our resort is located 18 km (20 mins drive) away from Nakhon Sawan city. If you come from the north, you can expect our resort 18 km before Nakhon Sawan. There are local eating places nearby and various street food stalls 5 minutes down the highway. There are additional attractions nearby we will be happy to direct you towards!

Cabin style accommodation along the motorway from the north to Bangkok. Very convenient stay with good price. Inside the cabin, there were basic facilities, but still there was a big refrigerator. The host is very nice and she pointed me to the hut where I could get some coffee. A pond in the back of the resort gave the stay a homely feeling. There are a lot of things to do, but I wish I had more time at the resort. The cabin I got was clean, I love the bed and the pillow. The WiFi was super strong. Some things to improve are: more lighting inside the room would be great and door lock to our room was broken.

Great resort. Close to the highway so perfect for a stop over. Quiet with safe parking next to the chalet. Food available and friendly staff. Area with hot water for coffee and breakfast. Highly recommended.

After leaving Pattaya, Thailand driving back to Chinag Mai, the family and I decided to stop and spend the night in Nakhon Sawan. We stayed at this amazing, quaint little gem of a hotel and loved it. Pom, the woman who runs the resort, was outstanding. Very friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. The rest of the staff was friendly, helpful and amazing too. My 11 and 10 year old sons loved the ping pong table, magnetic darts, golf putting/driving mini cage and the free Milo Hot Chocolate and biscuits. The cabins are neat, clean, warm and cozy. Since the resort is located off of the main highway, it is close to eateries, service stations, coffee shops and souvenir stores. If you are visiting Nakhon Sawan, or just passing through for the night, the Kalae Resort is a must visit/stay.

The Kalae Resort is great. We stayed here as a stopover between Bangkok and Chiang Mai (with a few points in between). It is spotlessly clean and well-tended. The owner is a charming woman who works hard to make you feel welcome. This is no five star resort but it is a great place for a stop-over. Beer is available at a reasonable price and the owner will happily order and deliver high quality food for you. There is a common area with a ping pong table as well as a little pond (with beautiful lotus flowers) . The only thing I'd change is the fluorescent lighting in the room and I'd add two bedside tables with lamps for reading.

Definately recommend! I had a wonderful experience at Kalae Resort and ended up staying 3 times as long as had originally planned (as sometimes happens when you like it). Coffee, hammocks, superior clean rooms, excellent service, video games, lake with a boat... Its a real feel of Thailand with the location not too far from the city but also surrounded by rice patties and small farms. Excellent scenery and photo ops. Staff is friendly and the owner, Pum, speaks excellent English and always is sure to make your time enjoyable. Rooms are surprisingly affordable. Thank you for everything!! PS... Check out the local temple and smile a lot.

This is a fantastic place to break up your journey from Bangkok to Chiangmai, especially if you want to take a breath from the hustle and bustle of the tourism areas! Pum (the owner) is very accommodating and resourceful along with her staff! The rooms are very clean and the food was great! There are also some cool natural attractions to check out in the local area. I'll definitely be revisiting this place in the future. Thank you for everything guys! Simon

Had a very pleasant experience at Kalae Resort, the staff are a great bunch, the resort is very clean and Pum (the owner) is good fun! Really hospitable, quirky and a lot of fun. Pum and the team went well above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of from food to commodities, excursions, general happiness and customer satisfaction! Highly recommended if you're visiting this part of Thailand! Thanks a bunch from Alex!

We stayed here with our 3 children, as a stop in our way up tot the north. The owner Pum speaks English fluently. She will do everything to make you feel at home. The twin rooms we had where clean with good AC and wifi. We felt more like guests than customers here. There are lots of things you do in the garden like pingpong, minigolf, badminton, chess, even rowing a boat in the pond at the back of the garden. But our children were most excited about the cat and the fish. They could run around in the garden freely, while we could relax and read a book... Peacefull, very quiet at night, we slept really well. Great value for this price Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Pum for your hospitality!
