We were staying to celebrate our anniversary and all the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The christmas decorations round the hotel were lovely and there was plenty of room in the restaurant and the lounges so it was easy to maintain social distancing. We enjoyed a walk into the village of Amberley which is an interesting place to explore.

The staff at Amberley made every effort to recognise the second day anniversary of our wedding. The Afternoon Tea is brilliant and I discovered Lapsang Souchong. We will definitely be coming back in the summer !

Stayed for one night recently to celebrate a special birthday. The castle and it's grounds make for a very atmospheric setting. The room was very comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very good. All the staff from Reception to the Restaurant were very professional yet friendly.

We all enjoyed a wonderful festive afternoon tea, which was superb. We were given our own sitting room and a dedicated incredibly nice and thoughtful waiter. We couldn’t have been better looked after and although the staff had given a lot of thought to the need for social distancing and other COVID measures they didn’t impact on the ambience at all. Thank you so much, we will be back in the New Year.
