A tired four star hotel. Virtually no English spoken, very poor wifi system. Breakfast is good on 25th floor, the bed was comfortable and clean. Sound insulation between rooms is not particularly good. The carpets need a good clean if not replacement.

Marginally Western friendly. I could only communicate in English with difficulty. Rooms are average and in need of refurbishment. Housekeeping and laundry service is good. Good location with shopping nearby. Breakfast on the 25th floor is quite good.
