Pleasant newly reconstructed 4* hotel in the historic center of Trutnov.Non-smoking hotel and gourmet restaurant.The hotel has a nice Irish style bar and restaurant also non-smoking.Offering international cuisine along with a wide selection of beers,wines and spirits.Parking and wireless internet connection are free.We have a wide range of television channels in many different languages.For relaxation we offer a gym and sauna.Extensive ski resorts within 10 kms and daily transfer available for skiing or hiking.Public swiming indoor and outdoor pool,bowling,squash,shopping,banks,bus station,train station,theather within 0,5 kms from hotel.

Beware, very noisy on Saturday nights !!!!

Be careful not to book this hotel if you are hoping for a good night sleep since it is very close to a music club. The windows are very plain - no safety lock so a child could open it and fall out. Similar problem with the room door - out 4 year old opened it in the middle of the night and could had left the room on her own if we were sleeping. My perception was that the safety of quests and particularly their children was not even considered by the owners. Very disappointing. Restaurant has a limited menu and opens at 4pm at weekends. Noone at the reception when we arrived as well as when we were leaving - the waitress checked us in but was not capable of providing any information that tourists expect. When the music from the bar finally stops in the early morning hours, you get disturbed / woken up again because, for some strange reason, the music must be on loud in the breakfast room starting at 8 am. When you complain, you may hear that noone has ever had a problem with it which is the strange response I received from the lady who was in charge of the place in the morning. In a few other way she made me feel unwelcome and almost sorry we brought them some business. The only reason why I am not giving 2 stars is that the place has clearly been refurbished and they were generous with towels. Breakfast was acceptable except of the fact that coffee was only available from a machine. Not enough tea bags in the room.…

Boutique hotel in the centre of Trutnov

Cozy boutique hotel located in the centre of Trutnov, a few tens of meters from main Krakonos square. Hotel offers comfortable accomodation and tasty cuisine (including hearty and varied breakfast) in own restaurant. Especially I would appreciate the staff of the hotel. I made a mistake during the booking of the room thus we arrived in Trutnov one day earlier than we had planned. Fortunately the desk clerk was very helpful and found two double (twin) rooms for us. Next day we moved to quadruple room. All rooms we stayed in were clean, spacious and convenient. We parked the car right in the front of the hotel and free wi-fi worked properly throughout our whole stay.

Nice small hotel.

Attic room. Enough big, with big tv set and nice bathroom. Nice big and comfortable bad. Good and tasty breakfast. Minuses: aircon it's portable device - noisy and not enough strong to coll room with hot roof over your head. A small minus also for a single set of cosmetics (one small shampoo and one gel) - for two people for 2 days is not enough.

Good place to stay

travelling thru Czech, we've decide dto stay here again and it was good choice. The room was clean, breakfast was good; there is also small parking place for guests we've used. For any bad weather conditions, there is nice restaurant in the hotel ;)

Great value modern hotel

We didn't expect a hotel like this on our CzechMTB Holiday trip. This was much more modern than we expected. Only downside is, that it doesn't have an elevator and no real bike room. But the rooms make up for that. And the restaurant is a big bonus. We ate here twice and everything we had was really good. The breakfast buffet was also big and nicely put together. Can't recommend enough.

Very nice hotel

I stayed 2 weeks for work in this hotel and I have to say it is a really good one. The people are very helpful when you need them, the rooms are clean and nice. There is also a gym and a sauna, which is quite pleasant. And also, the restaurant downstairs is good and there is a really good atmosphere (plus I was is a room at the 1st floor and couldn't hear any noise) Would recommend 100%

A Charming Hotel

This is an old building fully refurbished. Rooms are quite spacious, big bathroom. The heating system is very good. No elevator, you need to use the stairs. There's a restaurant/pub in the hotel. Kitchen closes at 21h00 sharp, if you want to have dinner, get there before. The breakfast is Ok, not a lot to offer but the quality of what is offered is good. Has own parking through a very narrow access road but ok as there are not a lot of places to park in front of the hotel. Personal is quite friendly. I would certainly stay again.

Interesting place in the middle of nowhere

Maybe is not the best hotel, and for sure 4 stars are too much, but is the best place in trutnov. In the heart of the city center, close to the main square and the most important restaurants, location is for sure a plus. Rooms are clean and big enough, the problem is the noise coming from the streets. I would suggest for business overnights and even for a short visit of Trutnov and surrounding.

Friendly hotel with good pub

Clear and large room, very friendly and willing staff. The restaurnt in the ground floor is in the irish pub style, food is on the adequate level. Good beer - Guiness and specialities from the local brewery. Very good accesable by car with parking backside of the hotel. Large garden restaurant with a mountain view, chlidren playground. Only, if you choose romm in the first floor, directly above the restaurant, you can hear noise till 2pm in the weekend from the pub. But after a few beers it does not matter :-)

Very nice

We spent here a weekend and we were very satisfied not only with the location but also with hotel service. There is a very nice Irish restaurant - it is necessary to make a reservation for evening because it is very favourite place.
