Our safari company selected this lodge, we stayed for two nights before heading to Serengeti, It is quiet and relaxing place, the food was good, our room was clean and full of amenities, staff did very good services and hospitality during the time we stayed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay I would particularly recommend the lodge.

My partner and I stayed at Bougainvillea Safari Lodge during our trip to Ngorongoro National Park in August 2020. The lodge was absolutely fantastic. The staff were all so friendly and they were always on hand to support us with any queries that we had. The apartment we stayed in itself was beautiful. It was clean and traditional, with a really lovely and private ambiance. It really did top off an already great safari trip. The lodge were also very careful in how they engaged with customers due to Coronavirus. Before entering the lodge, we were all asked to sanitise our hands, and this practice continued throughout our stay. We felt very safe and appreciated their responsible approach. The best thing of all was how grateful they were to have customers stay given that tourism into Tanzania was low. They made us feel so welcome and even prepared a cake for us for staying. It was remarkable. The best place to stay if you're passing through - totally recommend!

During our Safari we stayed for 2 nights in this accomondation. Our Lodge was very nice and comfortable. The food was excellent, we got served many different varieties to our table. The stuff handled all our wishes for vegan food well. We have to emphasize that the stuff was extremely friendly and cared for us. The people really work with a lot of passion and were thankful and happy that we visited Tanzania. We would like to encourage other people to go on safari in this wonderful country. There ist no Corona in Tanzania, so you don't have to to worry. We have loved to see how life can be lived successfully without any kind of restrictions. Thank you for hosting us! Asante sana and pole pole

Stayed 3 nights as part of our tour group, visiting eg Lake Manyara and Lake Eyashi. The rooms are in individual, spacious cabins, with netted beds and good bathrooms. Enjoyed sitting on our terrace, listening to the noise of wildlife in the surrounding gardens. Unfortunately, there was also some sort of very loud religious service every night, coming from the nearby village. Food was very good, lots of vegetables, too. The location is really good, there are shops in the village and short drives to Manyara and Ngorongoro. Friendly staff.
