Very poor. No one to check me in when I arrived at 18h30. Door was left open and what awaited me was extremely poor decor. Broken blinds and toilet roll holder. Kitchen light wasnt working. When I was looking to speak to someone about another room I was awaited by a very rude man telling me that I just have to make way with the room as theres nothing else available. There was one car in the parking area. Anyway. See the pics for yourself.

The price is reasonable, Rooms well equipped. And the service is friendly. Only one thing was bothering: It has a beautiful garden, but it really needs attention (the grass is long, weeds are growing all over the paths. )

This establishment has a very deceptive website. The pictures in no way resemble reality. My booking of a luxury double room was ignored and I was shown a self catering room. It looked dingy and was smelly. I walked straight out to find another place to spend the night.

We stayed in 3 self catering rooms which were clean and comfortable but not really good to cook in. 1 did not have a fridge which could have been a problem if we were not a group. However, there are plenty of braais by the pool and we made use of this and were provided with firewood at no extra cost. Fanie, the owner was very friendly and even provided us with a snack while we were waiting for our meat to cook. There is safe off road parking outside each self catering unit. The other units seem to centre round the braai area. with a communal parking area with a gate that is locked at night.

Room Tip: Only saw self catering rooms and 2 nearest the path to reception were the best.

The only positive was the friendly lady that opened the door.. The owner was pompous, rude and not even willing to be accommodating ... he displayed poor professionalism and business etiquette and this in front of witnesses....we booked a deluxe king suite and got a room that resembled a family room with an awkward wall/ room divider. The tv remote dit not work and when questioning the owner we were rudely told to take our money and go the local hotel where a hotel room was cheap.. this even after I showed him my booking and their email response to my request ! They clearly do false advertising if you don’t get what you booked ... so what happen to good customer service ! I will be never recommend this institution to anyone! Our trip however was not spoilt by this unfortunate event and another guesthouse accommodated us with ease and with open arms...
