The Suimeikan is a ryokan that was established 80 years ago along the Hida River, where it currently remains sitting at the heart of Gero Onsen, one of the three most famous onsen locations in Japan. Guests can experience traditional Japanese culture inside the ryokan, which features a Japanese garden, a genuine Noh stage, as well as ceramic and art works. Guests can also enjoy hot springs with skin beautifying effects in three spots, including an open-air bath with an indoor bath, a large scenic bath, and a large communal indoor bath with a hinoki sauna.
