Booked the room with the private onsen. It was so relaxing. The balcony overlooked the town with a stream running thru. Great view to wake up to. My booking came with breakfast and dinner and the food was fantastic. It was a good break after a long week of shopping. Do remember to head out early, becuasr travel takes some... More

Stayed for one night with dinner and breakfast and a private onsen session included. I have to say their service was top-notch! The driver and other attendants don't speak much English but they made sure everything was fine with me. Food was great. I was allowed to pick two mushrooms before entering the dining area. We used the hot springs many times and could thoroughly relax and forget about worries while here. One thing I want is to be able to use the... More

You could always expect the best service in japanese hotel. Staffs are very polite, although they made a... More

Gero is one of the most famous hot spring spots in Japan. It is easily accessible from Nagoya - about 1.5 hours by fast train. There are many free foot onsens around the streets. Bring your towels to enjoy them! This hotel is one of the oldest in town. You can tell from the ailings of the balcony. All rooms... More
