Had the cottage in the garden in this lovely B & B. Owners very friendly and helpful, and booked restaurants for us. Beautiful area and quaint village nearby town very elegant. Would suggest breakfast could be improved with some fruit and perhaps eggs otherwise perfect. Went to a wedding on the Saturday of our four night stay in perfect location.

I cannot recommend this B&B enough! We travelled with another couple and stayed in the 2 upstairs rooms which had a living area outside of our rooms for reading, evening conversations and wine. Guido and his aunt run this B&B; they were exceptionally accommodating to our needs. We chatted daily after breakfast about daily excursions sites in the region. Every...

We spent five nights at Maria Gabriella in June and July 2015. Our group of four couples rented the entire place, and it could not have been a more perfect spot. The main house has two nicely sized bedrooms on the second floor that share a common area / living room. There is another bedroom with a separate exterior entrance...

What a beautiful place for a romantic stay. The house has a beautiful terrace at the back where you can enjoy the sunset and the peaceful surroundings (many birds are enjoying the place too...for bird lovers!). :)

My family stayed here for one night. It is conveniently located steps away from the village, but it is very serene and welcoming. The rooms were perfectly clean, the space is huge and well decorated, and the hosts could not have been more attentive or accommodating. I loved everything about this beautiful respite, including the incredible sunset we enjoyed in...

Affittacamere Maria Gabriella B&B is well decorated in Tuscany country house style with great location in Val D' Orcia area. The landscape view around this area is amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can also find a Michelin star restaurant "Laporta" in the old village center just 2 mins walk from the hotel.

Affittacamere Maria Gabriella is a beautiful small family run B&B / hotel in a stunningly beautiful hilltop village. The Hotel is only 2 minutes walk from the old village centre and has a lovely garden. The staff (all family I think) are very friendly and helpful. Our room and that of a relative who we stayed with were spotlessly clean...

The positives are, great location for the scenery, the sunsets were great, the garden was lovely, the town is mainly residential with a couple of restaurants but absolutely charming, and a good base for touring. The negative was our room had paper thin walls and unfortunately we were awoken with the next rooms ablutions, the sound was as if they...

2 nights in this small village on the top of a hill in Tuscany and you feel in peace agin with the World! Montichiello is a lovely small middle-age village in the middle of countryside, about 10 km from Pienza and 40 from Siena. We stayed two nights in the charming garden apartment. There was a little kitchenette that was equipped with everything you might need. The room was just as pictured, and the garden begs for one to sit and relax. Maria and her son Guido were wonderful hosts. My Italian is very limited so we were not able to converse much with...
