Words cannot describe how amazing The Shore is. We booked the Seaview Pool Villa Romance and it was stunning. The views were unbelievable. The bed was super comfortable. All the staff are amazing and so friendly. All the buggy drivers were so much fun but especially Barmy & Sun. The beach & the snorkelling were outstanding. We absolutely loved every minute and wished we could have stayed longer. We had a late flight out and the hotel offered to store our luggage and continue to use all of the Hotel facilities (Including a shower room) until our Taxi ride late in the day to the airport. This was a dream holiday for us that was above & beyond our expectations. Will definitely be back.

Amazing/10!!! This resort is amazing amazing amazing! This is the highlight of both my partner & my trip! I never knew I can fall in love with a resort so easily but The Shore is truly the best. During check in, there were quite a lot of people at the lobby and I was shocked! I thought nobody knew about this resort and I’m initially disappointed cos we wanted a quiet, relaxing vacation. But guess what??? It felt like the whole place belong to us! Despite the crowd, check in was smooth and efficient - compared to most hotels. Comes with a nice drink and rice cracker snack which I love! Then we were sent to our room with a buggy - a 24 hours service!! How amazing is that! I really appreciate that cos it’s not an easy feat walking up to my room especially when I stayed right at the top! (In love villa) they said to wait 5-10 mins after calling the buggy but I swear each time I waited less than 3 minutes and the buggy is right outside my door! The room was the best, and the private pool right in front of the bed, best view in the world. Room comes with a speaker and we can play our songs out loud. Two sinks, two showers, simply amazing! And a lovely bathtub that fits 2. Bed was comfortable as well! My favourite part is the breakfast - you can choose to go to the restaurant (right beside the beautiful private beach) or have it sent to you room (complimentary) or get a floating breakfast (chargeable and better to order beforehand). Didn’t managed to get the floating breakfast sadly but had the breakfast sent to my room both days. Spread was amazing, food was great and service is just wonderful. They set up the table with a table cloth and just made everything felt so luxurious! I don’t know what the boss of the resort does but I think he/she treats their staff extremely well because they are all super friendly and they are so happy to see us all the time!! I feel so happy every where I go in the resort! Had a private dinner - romantic seafood dinner on the sand. Food was the best ever, it’s splendid! The chef was cooking right beside us and it’s really good. The seafood was so fresh! Coconut soup was the bomb!! We both enjoyed ourselves extremely much. And of course, our server, made our night an even better one! He was humorous and sweet. Realised I didn’t enjoy my cocktail cos I don’t fancy sweet drinks, he brought a coconut for me cos he thought it was refreshing! How sweet :) Hotel has a private beach, which I appreciate because not much crowd and able to take a lot of beautiful pictures! It also has lots of places to explore as you walk along the “romantic walk”. I could stay here forever. And I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended to anyone who is interested to stay here! Price point might be slightly higher but it’s 100% worth it! Cons : didn’t like the ironing board, cos my dresses are so long and flowy, would prefer a bigger standing ironing board. Slightly far from the city but then again, staying at this villa makes you not wanna go out anymore. So it doesn’t really matter too much to us. Thank you to everyone at The Shore for providing such great experience to us!!! We really enjoyed our stay more than anything else! Can’t wait to go back again!…

We love this beautiful and romantic resort. The Romance Seaview room was luxury and beautiful with a lovely pool and VERY COMFORTABLE Bed. Especially, we love the buggy boys' warm greetings ( They remember our names and greetings all the time!). We were pleased with the reception team's professional service. We will never forget Buggy boy Apichat's warm smile, The Harbor's Woody's wonderful service and Param Para's Wannisa's beautiful Thai story. This is a lovely hotel but they are cutting corners and have increased prices. They no longer offer complimentary afternoon tea, fruit in the room, sparkling wine at breakfast and we had to ask for basics to be replaced. The bulb in the electric room fragrancer went and wasn’t replaced, the fitted bed sheet was on inside out and we had ask a few times for coffee, tea, milk and cotton buds. The room is also looking a little tired with a few scuffs and we didn’t think the staff looked as happy as previously. They no longer offer evening turn down which is fine but we definitely thought there was less staff around (some days there was quite a wait for tea and coffee at breakfast and we were told that we were in a queue) not what one expects at these prices :( We did offer feedback when we there but didn’t hear anything back … 🫤…

This is the most beautiful and romantic resort that we ever stay at. We stayed at the romance Seaview pool which was beautiful and luxury . The view was breathtaking, overlooking the kata noi beach . Staff are amazing , they made our anniversary very memorable. They drove us around the hotel to take romantic photos and video . I’ve been to lots of 5 star hotel and this resort deserve 6 stars and above . Anyone visiting Thailand must try this resort once in their life . Definitely go here for your honeymoon .

Very restful,peaceful and a lovely place to spend time escaping the world. The beach is beautiful and so clean, it is also not crowded. The villas are comfortable and the views are panoramic and glorious . Hotel is very clean , staff are polite and friendly. Restaurants are good so you really don’t have to leave at all. Enjoyed the buggy rides to the rooms (the site has some steep bits) the boys were always prompt and friendly. Thank you for a great holiday.

The shore is just an outstanding place to stay, the location, the villa, the staff the views, the food the facilities… you name it there isn’t one bad word to say about this place. The views to wake up to every morning is just breathtaking, the staff are so friendly and always happy to see you and will do anything they can to keep you smiling, the kissing point private dinner was so romantic also and the food was great. You couldn’t ask for it to be on such a lovely beach as well which isn’t too crowded compared to the other Karon and patong beach near by… even though we head to krabi after staying at the shore for the next half of our honeymoon it felt sad that we were leaving staying here.. but it made our honeymoon that extra special and will always remember and talk about it forever.. you really do feel like in paradise here. …

Got a private pool villa for our honeymoon when we got there the pool and room looks directly at the restaurant so everyone can see inside. Waste of money and completely pointless especially when there are so many nicer hotels in Phuket. Do not waste your money on this place book somewhere else.

Return guest to The Shore and love every minute. Its not just for honeymooners and the plus is no kids. The villas are to die for and the views, magical. Staff are amazing, location is wonderful, close but not to close to bedlam. The beach is magical and you can snorkel around the rocks, and some tourists do surf. Breakfast is to die for, love just sitting there chilling for a few hours. The chefs do amazing jobs and will cook you something if required for breakfast. Remember it appears to be a private beach, its not its very much a public beach. You can also utilize all the pools, bars, restaurants at Katathani or visit the restaurants on the street. If you can, book the sea view villas they are the best. We highly recommend The Shore and will return again shortly.

We have been fortunate to travel to Thailand on numerous occasions and have stayed in a vast range of hotels so we were excited about our intended stay at The Shore, which we made based on previous Trip Advisor reviews. Our initial impression was “Wow”! Our checkin was seamless and our appointed room exceeded our expectations for space, comfort and stunning views (8836). We couldn’t fault the buggy service or delightful numerous drivers who never failed to brighten up our days (we particularly remember Sun with his highly appropriate name!). Kata Beach, which is easily reached from The Shore is quite crowded but it’s safe and perfect for swimming. Unfortunately that’s where the positives finish because we were shocked that there are only 11 shaded sets of loungers around the pool which guests clamour to reserve each morning. Worse still, many remained unused for long periods throughout the day. It’s a game which we refused to participate in and brought to the attention of the reception staff. Their response was to admit they’re aware of the situation but if that’s what guests want to do, then they should be allowed to continue to do so! This resulted in us spending the majority of our 7 days in our room to avoid getting burnt. Strangely, no drinking water is available during the day for guests around the pool - we’ve not encountered this issue anywhere else we’ve stayed in before. Sadly, the breakfast buffet is not up to scratch with limited choices of meats, cheeses and no dried fruits or nuts etc. The restaurant quality of food is adequate (we ate in The Harbour on our first night) but definitely not 5* standard, however, within easy reach are numerous excellent restaurants. We highly recommend Issara, Siam Smile Wine Bar and Highway Indian - these were our particular favourites. We were surprised that there’s no bar open in the evenings at The Shore, there’s no music or themed evenings so in our opinion the atmosphere is soulless. So to sum up, we consider The Shore to be a perfect upmarket hotel for guests who like to spend their stay in stunning rooms with far reaching views, unfortunately it just wasn’t for us….it was soulless!…
