Have just come back from a half term stay here and could not have been more pleased with this hotel. Is about an hour's drive from the airport and not really in walking distance of any other town so probably best to hire a car if staying here. though i think buses also serve the property. The hotel is right...

The hotel has a great location. I have been a guest several times the last 2 years. To management I just have one major point of criticism. The surface of the tennis court is damaged and has been for several visits now. There are big holes in it, and each time I visit I am a bit shocked that it...

We booked a basic winter break and didn't expect to find such a nice hotel for such a reasonable price. The hotel was clean, airy and had a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, a few steps away from an incredible beach. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Our room was bright, comfortable and functional. Really would...

We were at the level for two weeks. The place is stunningly beautiful--very dramatic. We ate well. The breakfasts were excellent; dinners, too, although I have to say that we were expecting and would have liked more Spanish specialties. The best thing about this place without a doubt was the staff. They were all truly exceptional.

I spent 6 days here with my 5 year old son and we loved every minute of our stay. I chose the level accommodation & we were treated like true vips by the wonderful Tracey who did everything possible to make our stay fabulous. Very comfortable room with great LOEWE bath products. Delicious food incl lobster & fresh fish every...

The positives: The location is simply incredible. On an elevated position overlooking one of the most incredible beaches in the Canary islands. It was just amazing to watch the tide come in and out creating the large lagoons. beach was lovely. great location for windsurfing and learning to kite surf. The view out of the windows on the higher floors...

We have been coming here for years. There have always been the odd issues, usually with reception, who have been consistently rude and unhelpful ever since we first came 20 years ago. But we love the location, you would not get a better beach or location, as long as you don't mind being isolated. This year we came between Christmas...

This hotel has a perfect location, but quality and service have dramatically decreased since our last stay. We had reserved a Master Suite, and what has been proposed to us is simply two bedroom communicating through a small door. With 2 adults and a small child, completely useless to have 2 rooms. Hotel not suited for parents with small child,...

Just had 2 nights here. The location is totally isolated, but is stunning. The beach area is truly beautiful. The hotel is lovely and all members of staff were helpful and very professional. Paula on reception was particularly good, and Angel in the restaurant was excellent. The bar in reception is excellent and the bar downstairs with the show area...
