The place is beautiful and has plenty of room for kids to run around and play. Kids especially liked the mini-golf. Plenty of gardens and rooms for lounging around. Breakfast was great and plentiful. The resort is situated very centrally and offers easy access all over the Galilee. There are also plenty of kosher restaurants within a 10-minute drive. It is also a 5-minute drive from Lake Monfort, which has paddle boats, an ice-skating rink, trampoline house, ropes park and a large playground. The staff was extremely helpful. Room was medium size, but they have plenty of rooms so if you need something bigger, order something bigger. Beds were very comefortable. My only complaint is that the guard at the entrance to the resort would not let in the delivery guy when I ordered food, so I had to walk 10 minutes to the gate with my two small kids to retrieve their pizza. I have been in dozens of other hotels in this country and they always allow a delivery guy to come to the door of the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with a rather large company group. The hotel grounds, facilities and rooms are large and comfortable, comfortably, rustically designed and situated within a wooded area which is always nice in a dry and arid country. This hotel was probably a 5-star recreation facility in 1965 used by the then powerful and elite Israel Labor Federation. It was in it's heyday then but has deteriorated probably due to a lack of investment. It's like they're still riding on the high quality built in 1965. In short the place, while quaint, comfortable, attractive and well serviced needs extensive renovation. This does not mean that this place is not very nice, it is. It just needs an overhaul. The pool area (and grounds in general) were well kept up unless you look for precision. For example, the pool tiles are a bit rough and jagged in some areas, that means someone should have been applying more grout all the way around the internal side of the pool. The rooms are comfortable and dated but quite cozy. When I slid open the window in my room the screen came out of the channel and I could see that an extra piece of metal was added to prevent it from falling out completely. Again - ATTENTION TO DETAILS. The service was excellent and the food was "standard". There is a huge variety of foods to choose from both for dinner and for breakfast. Israeli breakfasts are famous for their variety, health and color but the quality of taste was "standard", that is tasty enough but not beyond that. The bottom line here is that, like in many Israeli hotels, you're still paying too much for what you get in return. This is a nice and relaxing place but if they dropped off 200-300 Shekels (~75 Euros) it would be an excellent deal. On an Israeli rating, this hotel gets 4 stars. On a global rating, they get 3 stars. I still recommend this pastoral and pleasant hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for anyone traveling in the Galilee from Nahariya in the west to Safed in the east and do not want to travel long distances while on vacation. There are beautiful views from various places in the hotel grounds The rooms are located in several different buildings next to extensive grass. Our room was relatively large, clean and tidy. The shower and toilet were clean. The staff was pleasant. The place is very convenient for families with children because of the grass that allows them to "go wild". There is also a swimming pool with a toddler complex, mini golf and a large yard chess game.

When you travel at the north of Israel and looking for a quiet place to sleep with perfect view of sunset over the mountains this is the place. There is a spa treatments, small gym perfect cool summer weather at night well all Israel is streaming from hot weather. I suggest that you look for restaurants in the neighborhood and avoid dinner and lunch. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and need to be renovated. Staff very friendly.
