We have just returned from a fantastic stay at the CLC in Turkey. This was the fourth attempt to get away this year due to Covid and Turkey wasn’t somewhere we had looked at previously - we definitely now would again! The hotel is beautiful, clean and customer service is at the heart of everything they do. Upon arrival they took temperatures of all guests to ensure everyone’s safety, check in was easy with just one person per party to allow distancing whilst providing my children and husband with drinks to cool down after the transfer from the airport. Once checked in we were driven to our room with our luggage. We were stayed in a two bedroom superior room which overlooked one of the many pools which we often had to ourselves for hours at a time. Our room was kept beautifully by the housekeeping team who were friendly and maintained really high standards. The room itself was really spacious and having a proper second bedroom for the children with their own bathroom was great. Won’t lie having a washing machine was brilliant for us as although towels are available we prefer to take our own so good to be able to wash them. The food at meal times was varied and the team go out of their way to help with social distancing with table service and all food though buffet is served at manned stations. They again take temperatures before allowing entry and there are lots of hand sanitiser stations around the hotel and dining room. At lunch time we mainly used the Pines pool bar which was manned by Sami Kara - he is possibly the hardest working person we have ever met. He’s great with the children and ensures a friendly service whilst maintaining professionalism in a very busy environment. Again tables have been arranged to help with distancing and we were able to get takeaway and eat on the balcony of our room if we preferred, The entertainment always looked good but we never made it! The slides are amazing but tired the children out so we often got a takeaway wine for the balcony whilst they slept it off ahead of the next day. The slides were good for children and adults alike and kept us all entertained. The hotel has photographers in residence all of whom are really friendly. Jan took some photographs of us and the children and they have come out beautifully. Overall this was a great place to come with children. The team there took really good care of us and couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you for an excellent holiday especially in such trying circumstances.

Just returned from 2 weeks at CLC Kusadasi Golf & Spa Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full kitchen facilities (washing machines, dishwasher, cooker, hob, FF and microwave). However the only kitchenware was a kettle, 4 cups and saucers and 4 teaspoons. Not sure if this is due to Covid or the fact that the resort is AI so perhaps people won't be cooking? The apartment was spacious and very clean with cleaning, clean bedding and towels every 2 days. The apartment had a flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound. It would have been good if the resort had a DVD library that guests could borrow from.
The staff at the resort were lovely, particularly Sami and others who worked at the Pines Snack Bar. All staff here were very attentive. It also appeared that these staff were the only ones who wore their masks correctly. The staff in the main Aegan Bar tended to wear their masks around their chins. This really needs to be addressed by management. Enough said!!
The resort has 11 (I'm led to believe) pools with the main pool being the focus of the entertainment. The other pools tend to be a lot quieter. All the pools were cold and could do with some way of them being heated just a little.
The food in the main restaurant was OK but would benefit from the menu being changed more frequently. It would have also been nice to have food such as steak, fish, seafood etc cooked to order. Again not sure if this is due to Covid. The menu at the snack bars was not changed at all and it doesn't take long for you to go through everything on the menu. International branded drinks are not included in the AI package. Why?
While free WI-FI is available at the resort it really is very weak regardless of where you are in the resort.
So areas for improvement:
DVD Library Better Menu both in the main restaurant and at the snack bars Stronger WI-FI. International branded drinks to be included in the AI package. Music at all pool areas. Fridges should be stocked with soft drinks and snacks (as in the Caribbean)
If the improvements mentioned above are taken into consideration, and would have been available during our stay, then I'm pretty sure I would have rated this resort a 5.

This was my 1st visit to Kusadasi Golf & having reading the reviews I was little apprehensive about what to expect (though there is always someone complaining over nothing) even though I was a guest of a CLC member. From arriving at the hotel reception, I was blown away by the service, courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Given the Covid situation of course I was a little nervous, but I didn’t need to be as all safety measures are in place, sanitising stations in every location, restaurant, bar area, with all staff wearing masks & gloves. Temperature checks were also being taken throughout our stay. For me the luxury of the apartments and the attitude of the staff really do make this an exceptional resort, every staff member goes out of their way to make sure you have an amazing holiday. We had a few teething problems with our apartment (missing beach towels & sunbed cushions) but a quick phone call to reception & housekeeping arrived with these all within mins of the call being made We ate in all of the restaurants, Soke, Oaks & Clubhouse, the quality of food & drink was great. Plenty of variety to suit all tastes and the managers & serving staff all constantly clearing & sanitising the tables, asking you if there is anything you need/another drink from the bar.
There was nothing for me that was negative, the staff at the resort are a true credit, in particular Umut & Bilal (I hope I’ve spelt their names correctly) The Oaks Restaurant manager & barman made my stay a memorable one, offering the best service I have ever experienced on holiday. These 2 guys really stand out as going the ‘extra mile’ in looking after the guests & the cocktails are the best I’ve tasted.
I’m hoping to go back soon – this is an amazing 5* resort

travelled on 29th Aug for 14 nights. Greeted with cocktails on arrival. Check in was a little lengthier due to Covid-19 paperwork which was fine. Safety procedures relating to Covid were 1st class & for our whole stay in Turkey we couldn't have felt safer. Hotel was spotlessy clean throughout & our apartment was large & well equipped. Food was well varied & always hot, we thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had. The pool area was large with plenty of sunloungers. In all areas of the hotel social distancing was maintained, hand gel stations everywhere & masks were provided indoors if guests didn't have one. The only downside to this hotel was its location, no shops bars or restaurants within walking distance. Hotel had taxis for hire into kusadasi which was approx 30 minute drive. Also courtesy bus to the beach, approx 20 minute journey. The hotel is situated high up in the hills & the walk up to the apartments is on quite an incline. The air was pretty "thin" up there making breathing pretty difficult when walking up the hills ! There were however cars outside reception which would take guests up to their apartments. Animation team & all hotel staff were friendly & welcoming, couldn't have been better looked after. All in all we had a wonderful 2 week stay. Would we go back to this hotel ? Probably not due to it's location but it's still a great resort

We stayed for 9 nights and found this hotel very clean and the staff all helpful and friendly! The rooms were great, and the pool area and bars and restaurant always clean. I wouldn’t say it’s not completely a 5 star resort and the food does get a little repetitive and it wasn’t exactly hot most nights but for what we paid we were very happy! It was all very covid friendly with masks and sanitizer and temperature checks and we felt very comfortable. The guest relations staff were very very helpful and the spa was amazing!!!! The mini golf and golf course were not good so don’t go here if that’s what your after half of it is not even playable . We went in to town a couple of times to break it up a bit and would defo recommend Casablanca restaurant! Overall we had a nice time and it worked for what we paid and were after at short notice . We booked as a couple and this was our first time staying in Kusadasi and at this hotel. As soon as we arrived bags were sanitised by the staff and booking in was simple, we were served by a Russian female but throughout the entire time never met a member of staff who could not speak reasonably good English. Our hotel room was everything we could have wanted and more and was essentially a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It was very clean and looked to be fairly recently renovated. Air con in every room worked well also. The pools are clean as are the areas around them, all beds and tables are sanitised and they recommend that you use the same furniture all day (covid 19). The bar staff are excellent, none are rude and all seem like they love their jobs. The only down side to this hotel for us was that the food was not to our liking, I would say they offer a fair amount of choice but we were not impressed in honesty. There is however a free snack bar (pines) that we unluckily found on the last day that offers a decent selection and any Brits arriving I'd suggest to search that out on the first day as it catered for our taste better than the main buffet during the day. The hotel is slightly away from main kusadasi but this is not a problem with most local restaurants offering a pickup and drop off service which was very convenient. We absolutely loved kusadasi and the views that you get of the mountains from this hotel far outweigh the distance from the main town. I didn't want to leave and neither did my partner and I would recommend this hotel to any friends!

My family of 5 have stayed here in June 5 times. The accommodation is second to none. Really spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and are serviced every day. The selection of pools around the resort is fantastic. The main pool is where all the entertainment is and the animation team work hard to make sure everyone enjoys themselves. Since new owners have taken over this year, there were improvements made everywhere (not that many were needed). There is a free shuttle several times a day to it’s own private beach, where there’s a bar/restaurant included in your all-in package. There’s a few water slides which are great for kids and adults, playground and football pitch. The table tennis does need to be upgraded and put in a better location as it isn’t great outdoors due to sun and wind. The other pools around the complex are beautiful with lovely views of the sea in the distance and are serviced by their own bars where lunch is also available. The main restaurant which is buffet, has a varied selection of food. Personally, I love Turkish food so was in food heaven, but they also cater for the plain eaters…chips, pizza, burgers, roast dinners. The spa is very reasonably priced and I would recommend getting a Turkish scrub and massage. Very relaxing. There’s a kids disco every evening for the little ones, followed by a show for the family afterwards. Most of the shows are excellent, particularly the fire show! These take place in the outdoor amphitheatre which is spacious and comfortable. They also had entertainment at the stage down near the pools where they did karaoke a few nights! Great craic! Drinks are served throughout the day and well into the early hours. Unfortunately, the cocktails are a mix of local cheap spirits and syrups which are very sweet or really bitter. Not to my taste. But they do a nice gin and tonic and the beer is also quite good. On-site there are a few shops, the clothes shop is excellent value and the shoe shop and bag shop, although I didn’t buy anything from them, our friends did and said they were delighted with their purchases. The mini supermarket is a bit of a rip off, particularly for sun cream, pool floats etc. The resort is a distance from kusadasi but a taxi ride can get you there in about 15/20 mins. I found this to be a good thing, so my teenagers can’t wander off out of the resort. In fact the complex is very safe. Now the staff…..in the five years we have been here, we have had nothing but love from the hard working crew in this hotel. They will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Mustafa, the operations manager (I hope I have that right) is an absolute gentleman. I would highly recommend this resort and thank them for all the fabulous memories we have from our time there ❤️

Great stay enjoyed by adults and children. slightly apprehensive traveling during pandemic but this resort made me feel comfortable as very clean and temperature checks taken on arrival and before entering restaurant. Suitcase was also sanitised on arrival.
We were upgraded to 2 bedroom suite. Room very clean and good facilities, fridge, washing machine and cooker. Not that we needed it as we were AI.
Wide selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was nice.
Drinks were nice. Good cocktails and mocktails. Cocktails strong they don’t hold back on the alcohol.
Pools were lovely and children enjoyed the water slides. Lots of other pools on the resort to use if you don’t want to be by main pool. Loved the water aerobics by RAF from the animation team.
The only negatives are the gym was sparse with broken equipment. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable to sleep. The WiFi is very weak and wasn’t working on the first day.
I used the Spa twice. The treatments were amazing and good value for money. However, it could have been more personal. I was taken through rooms were strangers were having their treatments. When I went for my massage it was in a room with a stranger coming towards the end of their treatment. This made me slightly uncomfortable as I then had to change in the presence of someone I don’t know and then my treatment was interrupted with the other therapist talking to the other person.
I think if these issues are resolved this would definitely be a 5 star.

After seeing reviews of the “poor food” and “rude staff” I didn’t know what to expect at the Wyndham, but this wasn’t the case for us at all. We arrived at 12.30am and were offered a late night snack in the restaurant before being taken to our rooms by a lovely driver called Barkin. There was an issue with one of our rooms as we requested an easy accessible room but was given one that was down 2 sets of stairs. After a few days we changed rooms so there was no issue, although the hotel has VERY steep hills, there was always a driver to take us to them.
The food was excellent in the main restaurant, there is always a large selection of salad and a variety of other foods if you don’t enjoy healthy foods, alternatively there’s snack options at every pool bar and a grill station on the outside of the restaurant that serves several meat choices. I heard a lot of people complaining that “they don’t serve a fry up”, but those people didn’t seem to understand we were in a different country with a different culture. There was many helpful staff in the restaurant.
The snack bars served a variety of drinks and snacks, but the pub next to the reception was the best experience, volkan was always helpful and friendly.
The animation team really do try their best to get everyone involved and make your experience fun. There are lots of activities for all the family. Jesse and speedy are the 2 that stick out most as they are the ones you are greeted by every morning.
The rooms are cleaned every 3 days with fresh towels, but all other areas are cleaned by staff daily. Staff clean the pool Areas all day to keep the place looking lovely.
This hotel is about a 15/20 minute drive away from kusadasi centre but there is a taxi firm within the hotel that offer a fixed rate and can come to pick you up for the same fixed rate if you can contact them via WhatsApp.
We had a great experience at this hotel, we were able to find activities and food/drink to suit all the family. I would definitely return.
If you are travelling with children, please be careful around the pool as I spent 2 weeks on pins helping children up after they were falling by all the pools. A few children injured themselves due to running with wet feet.

Just back from a lovely week here. We booked a 2 bed Superior Duplex through Travel Republic and considered ourselves very lucky to be allocated an apartment in the Oaks which is the Members area
The apartment was clean and spacious and had two balconies with amazing views of the mountains and the pool. And the best bit was we had a working hot tub which was a real treat for me.
The Oaks is the closest area to the reception, shops and main restaurant but also has its own lovely pool and snack bar right outside our accommodation so we avoided the hills and steps that many have to manage.
Although the hotel was full the Oaks pool never seemed over crowded and we always managed to get sunbeds. There were lots of signs saying reserving beds is not allowed and towels will be removed if left for more than 45 mins. Not sure anyone was actually policing that but noone seemed to be putting out their towels in the early hours which was a relief.
The main buffet restaurant was a bit chaotic at peak times and there were wasps if you were sat in the outside area but we found going before 7.30pm or after 9pm you could get a table in the covered area ( breakfast never seemed to be crowded )
What is not advertised ( but we found out through facebook posts ) is that all inclusive guests can eat one night at the Palms Al la Carte by the main pool and this was nice. We also ate at the Oaks restaurant and the Clubhouse at the Golf course ( amazing views and sunset up there ) We had to pay for these but it was very reasonable and worth it for the nicer dining experience.
Lunches were spent at the Oaks Snack bar which was table service and very nice food although very busy at peak times so they could do with some extra staff.
We also went into Kusadasi one evening and had dinner at Murphys restaurant which is in a lovely location on the sea front. They collected us and drove us home after a bit of shopping and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The manager also helped us book a boat trip through one of his friends which was a bit cheaper than through the hotel. That was a wonderful day out stopping at 3 locations for swimming and lunch.
We didn’t use many of the other hotel facilities although my son enjoyed football with Speedy and we did catch the acrobat show one evening which was very good. Also shout out to Leo the hotel photographer who took some lovely photos on our last night and had a very easy system of £6 per photo ( print and digital ) and no pressure at all.
All in all a very relaxing holiday. The resort is a bit out of the way but we knew this in advance and it was worth it for the amazing views and also the very large apartments. It’s unusual to find accommodation of this size combined with all inclusive but is really perfect for holidaying with teenagers as they had their own bedroom and bathroom and plenty of space to chill.
